ABSTRACT
Eny Wahyuni. 2020010102003. The Relationships Between Arabic Teacher
Personality Competence and Students Interest in Learning with Students Learning
Achievement at the Madrasah Aliyah At-Taqwa Lapoa South Konawe.
Dr. Fatirawahidah,S.Pd.,M.Pd. dan Hasfikin.S,S.S., M.Hum.
This research aims to determine the relationship between Arabic teacher
personality competence and learning achievement, determine the relationship
between interest in learning and learning achievement, and determine the
relationship between personality competence and interest in learning together with
learning achievement. Research data was collected through questionnaires and
documentation. Research data was analyzed through descriptive statistics and
inferential statistics. The research results show that 1) there is a relationship
between teacher personality competence and student learning achievement, the
results of hypothesis testing are t calculated (7,829) greater than t table (2,012)
and correlation coefficient (0,763) greater than r table (0,290); 2) there is a
relationship between student interest in learning and student learning
achievement, the results of the hypothesis test are t calculated (7,688) greater than
t table (2,012) and the correlation coefficient (0,757) greater than r table (0,290);
3) there is a relationship between teacher personality competence and interest in
learning together with student learning achievement, the results of the hypothesis
test are F calculated (29,976) greater than F table (3,21)
