Abstract

ABSTRAK
Musriful, NIM : 2020050102058. Memahami Perilaku Mahasiswa
dalam Menggunakan QRIS: Pendekatan Terpadu antara
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of
Planned Behavior (TPB). „‟Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam”,
Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I Bapak
Muhammad Imran SE, M. dan pembimbinng II Bapak Alwahidin,
S.Si., M.Sc


Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui
bagaimana memahami perilaku mahasiswa dalam menggunakan Quick
Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada kalangan mahasiswa
di kota Kendari. Model teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned
Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna QRIS mahasiswa di
kota Kendari yang telah menggunakannya sebagai alat pembayaran.
Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden dengan
menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel convenience sampling.
Untuk menganalisis model pengukuran dan model struktural pada
penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan
perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa persepsi kemudahan (PEU), persepsi kegunaan (PU), persepsi
kontrol (PBC), berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunaan QRIS (MM).
Selain itu, persepsi kemudahan (PEU) berpengaruh terhadap persepsi
kegunaan (PU). Sedangkan, sikap perilaku (A) norma subjektif (SN),
tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunaan QRIS (MM), variabel
persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel minat
menggunakan memalui media sikap perilaku dengan t table sebesar
8,925>1.96 dan tingkat signifikan 0.05..

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how to
understand student behavior in using the Quick Response Code
Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among students in Kendari City. The
theoretical models used in this study are the Technology
Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior
(TPB). This study uses a quantitative method. The population in
this study were QRIS users, students in Kendari City who have
used it as a means of payment. The number of samples obtained
was 100 respondents using the convenience sampling method. To
analyze the measurement model and structural model in this study
using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software.
The results of this study indicate that perceived ease (PEU),
perceived usefulness (PU), perceived control (PBC), have an effect
on the interest in using QRIS (MM). In addition, perceived ease
(PEU) has an effect on perceived usefulness (PU). Meanwhile,
behavioral attitudes (A) subjective norms (SN), do not affect the
interest in using QRIS (MM), the variable perceived ease has a
significant effect on the variable interest in using through
behavioral attitude media with a t table of 8.925> 1.96 and a
significant level of 0.05.
