Abstract

ABSTRAK
Desi Putri Ani. Nim 2020050101168. “Pengaruh Modal Usaha,
Tingkat Pendidikan, Dan Teknologi Informasi T erhadap
Pendapatan Wisata Kuliner Di Kota Kendari (Studi Pada Umkm
Wisata Kuliner Di Kota Kendari)”. Melalui bimbingan Dr.
Wahyuddin Maguni, SE., M.Si dan Alwahidin, S.Si., M.Sc.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh modal
usaha, tingkat pendidikan, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi
terhadap pendapatan yang dihasilkan dari sektor wisata kuliner di Kota
Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik
analisis path. Untuk memastikan data dapat diandalkan, peneliti
melakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas terlebih dahulu, kemudian uji
regresi. Uji asumsi dan teori tradisional setelah itu. Sebanyak 100
responden yang merupakan pengusaha kuliner di kawasan wisata
kuliner Kota Kendari menjadi subjek observasi. Temuan penelitian
tersebut memberikan penjelasan sebagai berikut: (1) Modal usaha tidak
banyak berpengaruh terhadap teknologi informasi. (2) Tingkat
pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dan menguntungkan 3)
Pendapatan UMKM dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh
modal usaha. (4) Pendapatan UMKM dipengaruhi positif oleh tingkat
pendidikan, walaupun tidak signifikan. (5) Pendapatan UMKM terkena
dampak positif teknologi informasi, meskipun tidak signifikan. (6)
Tanpa terlalu bergantung pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, modal
usaha berkontribusi langsung terhadap pertumbuhan pendapatan. (7).
Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, tingkat pendidikan secara
tidak langsung meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM.

ABSTRACT
Desi Putri Ani. Nim 2020050101168. “The Influence of Business
Capital, Education Level, and Information Technology on Culinary
Tourism Income in Kendari City (A Study on Culinary Tourism
SMEs in Kendari City).)”. Under the expert guidance of Dr.
Wahyuddin Maguni, SE., M.Si dan Alwahidin, S.Si., M.Sc.
This research aims to instill the influence of business capital,
level of education, and use of information technology on income
generated from the culinary tourism sector in Kendari City. This
research uses quantitative methods with path analysis techniques. To
ensure the reliability of the data, the researcher conducted reliability
and validity tests followed by regression analysis. Assumption and
traditional theory tests were performed subsequently.
A total of 100 respondents, who are culinary entrepreneurs in
the culinary tourism area of Kendari City, were the subjects of
observation. The research findings provide the following explanations:
(1) Business capital has limited influence on information technology.
(2) Educational level has a significant and substantial influence. (3)
MSME income is positively and significantly influenced by business
capital. (4) MSME income is positively influenced by educational
level, although not significantly. (5) MSME income is positively
impacted by information technology, though not significantly. (6)
Without heavy reliance on information technology utilization, business
capital directly contributes to income growth. (7) Through the
utilization of information technology, the educational level indirectly
enhances MSME income.
