Abstract
ABSTRAK
Neli Hastuti (19010103011), 2024 “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah
Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Moramo”. Program
Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan,
Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Syahrul, M.Pd, dan
Dr. Mansur, S.Ag., M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala
sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Moramo. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini
adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Moramo sebanyak 169 orang.
Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik random sampling. Sampel pada
penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang guru. Pengambilan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner.
Data penelitian dianalisis dengan statistic menggunakan pengolahan data yaitu;
statistic deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis, analisis regresi sederhana, dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di
sekolah dasar Kecamatan Moramo dengan skor mean 95,39 varians sebesar 87.883
dengan standar deviasi sebesar 9.375 dari skor terendah 75 dan skor tertinggi 115
termasuk dalam kategori baik. Motivasi kerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan
Moramo dengan skor mean 96,16 varians sebesar 43.996 dengan standar deviasi
sebesar 6.633 dari skor terendah 83 dan skor tertinggi 116 termasuk dalam kategori
tinggi. Adapun hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah
(X) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y) yang mana dapat dilihat dari nilai
T hitung 8.781 > T table 1.992 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya H0
ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,482 atau 48,2%
dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh
terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Moramo.

the Job Motivation of Elementary School Teachers In the Subdistrict of Moramo”.

This study aims: to know the effect of the principal's leadership on the primary
school teacher's work motivation in Moramo Subdistrict. The research method used is
quantitative research. The population in this study was all primary school teachers in
Moramo District as many as 169 people. The sampling used is the random sampling
technique. The sample in this study is 85 teachers. Data collection is obtained through
questionnaires. Research data are statistically analyzed using data processing is;
descriptive statistics, prerequisite analysis tests, simple regression analysis, and
hypothesis tests. Descriptive research results show that the principal's leadership in
Moramo Subdistrict elementary school with a mean score of 95.39 variances of
87,883 with a standard deviation of 9,375 from the lowest score of 75 and the highest
score of 115 falls in the good category. The employment motivation of elementary
school teachers in Moramo Subdistrict with a mean score of 96.16 variances of
43,996 with a standard deviation of 6,633 from the lowest score of 83 and the highest
score of 116 were in the high category. The results of the data analysis conducted
from the principal's leadership (X) have an effect on the teacher's work motivation
(Y), which can be seen from the T count of 8,781 > T table 1,992 with a significance
value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means H0 was rejected and Ha accepted. The coefficient
of determination (R Square) of 0.482 or 48.2% can thus be interpreted that the
Principal's Leadership has an effect on the Emotional Work of Elementary School
Teachers in Moramo Subdistrict.
