Abstract

ABSTRAK
FITRIANI RAHIM, NIM: 2020050102098. Minat Generasi
Milenial Desa Menggunakan Mobile Banking (Studi di Desa
Epeesi,Kecamatan Basala, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan), Melalui
Bimbingan Prof. Dr. Husain Insawan M.Ag dan Dr. Sodiman
S.Fil.I, M.Ag.
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Minat Generasi Milenial
Desa Menggunakan Mobile Banking (di Desa Epeesi,Kecamatan
Basala, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1)
Untuk mendeskripsikan Minat Generasi Milenial di Desa Epeesi,
Kecamatan Basala, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dalam Bertransaksi
Menggunakan Mobile Banking. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan Minat
Generasi Milenial di Desa Epeesi, Kecamatan Basala, Kabupaten
Konawe Selatan, Bertransaksi Menggunakan Mobile Banking
Perbankan Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu
kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang
mendorong minat generasi milenial di Desa Epeesi, Kecamatan Basala
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, menggunakan mobile banking ternyata
relevan dengan efesinsi waktu, keamanan, kemudahan transaksi yang
ditawarkan oleh mobile banking seperti pembayaran non-tunai melalui
QRIS, ShopeePay, OVO, Go-Pay dan lainnya, memudahkan mereka
untuk usaha online. Generasi milenials tidak pernah mendapatkan
sosialisasi dan bukan dilatar belakangi dari pendidikan dan pekerjaan
yang berbasis Islam tetapi mereka memiliki kesadaran untuk menabung
di bank syariah dan menggunakan mobile banking syariah.

Millennial Generation in Using Mobile Banking (Study in Epeesi
Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency), Through the
Guidance of Prof. Dr. Husain Insawan M.Ag and Dr. Sodiman
S.Fil.I, M.Ag.
This research is motivated by the Interest of the Village Millennial
Generation in Using Mobile Banking (in Epeesi Village, Basala
District, South Konawe Regency) ". The objectives of this study are 1)
To describe the Interest of the Millennial Generation in Epeesi Village,
Basala District, South Konawe Regency in Transacting Using Mobile
Banking. 2) To describe the Interest of the Millennial Generation in
Epeesi Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency, in Transacting
Using Islamic Banking Mobile Banking. The method used in this
research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate
that what drives the interest of the millennial generation in Epeesi
Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency, using mobile banking
is relevant to the efficiency of time, security, ease of transactions
offered by mobile banking such as non-cash payments through QRIS,
ShopeePay, OVO, Go-Pay and others, making it easier for them to do
business online. Millennials have never received socialization and are
not from an Islamic-based education and work background, but they
have the awareness to save at Islamic banks and use Islamic mobile
banking.
