Abstract

ABSTRAK
Nama: Desri Safitri. M, Nim 19010103037, Judul Skripsi : “Resolusi konflik
Kepala Madrasah (studi kasus di MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto)”, Kabupaten
Konawe”, Pembimbing Pertama: Dr. Syamsuddin, M.Pd, pembimbing
kedua:Badarwan, M.Pd
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui resolusi konflik kepala madrasah
studikasus di MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan
observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui proses reduksi data,
penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Serta teknik pengecekan keabsahan data
melalui triangulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui bentuk-bentuk konflik yang terjadi, penyebab konflik yang terjadi dan
resolusi konflik Kepala Madrasah di MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk-bentuk konflik yang
terjadi di MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto adalah konflik personal, konflik
interpersonal, dan konflik realistis. 2) penyebab terjadinya konflik personal di MA
Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto adalah Sifat sensitif yang timbul dari banyaknya
tekanan dari luar Madrasah sehingga konsentrasi guru-guru jadi terbagi, selanjutnya
penyebab terjadinya konflik interpersonal adalah perbedaan pendapat sehingga
menimbulkan perbedaan pemahaman dan ketidak cocokan antara guru-guru, adapun
penyebab terjadinya konflik realistis yang terjadi adalah karena kesalah pahaman. 3)
untuk menyelesaikan konflik personal yaitu menggunakan Dominating dalam
bentuk pemanggilan dan melakukan penekanan atau paksaan terhadap pelaku
konflik agar saling meminta maaf, Integreting yaitu dalam bentuk mengadakan rapat
dan diselesaikan secara musyawarah, compromising. Yaitu melakukan perundingan
dengan para pelaku konflik.

This research aims to find out the conflict resolution of the head of the madrasah case
study at MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto. This research uses a qualitative descriptive
approach. Data collection techniques are done with observations, interviews, and
documentation. Data analysis through processes of data reduction, data presentation
and conclusion drawings. As well as data validity verification techniques through
triangulation of techniques, sources and time. The purpose of this research is to find
out the forms of conflict that occurred, the causes of the conflict and conflict
resolution Chief Madrasah at MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto.
Based on the results of the research showed that: 1) the forms of conflict that
occurred in the MA Al-Irsyad Lalonggasumeeto are personal conflict, interpersonal
conflict and realistic conflict. 2) the cause of personal conflicts in MA Al-Irsyed
Lalonggazumeeto was the sensitive nature that arose from the many pressures from
outside the Madrasah so that the concentration of teachers became divided, the
further cause of the occurrence of interpersonnel conflict is the difference of opinion
so that causes differences of understanding and incoherence between teachers, but
the reason of the realist conflict occurred is because of misunderstanding. 3) to
resolve personal conflicts, i.e. to use domination in the form of calls and to press or
force the perpetrators of conflicts to apologize to each other. That is, negotiating with
the perpetrators of the conflict.
