Magfirah. NIM 2020050101007. “Dampak Pembangunan Jalan
Kendari – Toronipa Terhadap Pendapatan UMKM Dalam
Perspektif Ekonomi Islam”. Melalui bimbingan Abdul Wahid
Mongkito dan Mahfudz
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembangunan
JalanKendari – Toronipa berdampak terhadap tingkat pendapatan
UMKM serta untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh UMKM
yang terdampak negative dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha
mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif
kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi,
wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sekitar
Pantai Toronipa sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal seperti musim
wisata, kondisi cuaca, lokasi usaha, dan pembangunan infrastruktur
seperti jalan. Sebelum adanya pembangunan jalan, pendapatan UMKM
cenderung tidak stabil dan dipengaruhi oleh fluktuasi faktor-faktor
tersebut. Peningkatan pendapatan terutama terjadi pada saat musim
liburan atau cuaca yang baik, sedangkan pada saat musim sepi atau
cuaca buruk pendapatan cenderung menurun. Para pedagang UMKM
yang merasakan dampak positif / naik pada pendapatan usaha mereka
atau sekitar 35,7 % dan 9 pedagang UMKM yang merasakan dampak
negative / turun pada pendapatan usaha mereka atau sekitar 64,3%
artinya dalam pembangunan jalan Kendari-Toronipa cenderung
memberikan dampak negative terhadap UMKM yang berada
disepanjang jalan tersebut terutama pada UMKM yang berada di jalan
lama. Para pedagang toko kelontong di sepanjang jalan lama Kendari�Toronipa mengalami penurunan pendapatan akibat pembangunan jalan
baru, namun mereka mengambil langkah-langkah inovatif untuk

bertahan, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan menawarkan
layanan pengantaran gratis, beralih ke sistem grosiran, membuka
usahanya selama 24 jam dan membuka usaha baru. Dalam perspektif
ekonomi syariah pelaku UMKM di sepanjang jalan Kendari-Toronipa
menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam operasionalnya seperti
menjual produk yang halal, tidak berbuat zalim, tidak melakukan
penipuan,jujur, dan juga larangan riba.

of the Kendari - Toronipa Road on MSME Income from an Islamic
Economic Perspective". Through the guidance of Abdul Wahid
Mongkito and Mahfudz
This research aims to find out how the construction of Jalan Kendari -
Toronipa has an impact on the income level of MSMEs and to find out
the efforts made by MSMEs that are negatively affected in maintaining
the continuity of their businesses. The research method used is
descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through
observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show
that the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
around Toronipa Beach is greatly influenced by external factors such as
tourist season, weather conditions, business location and infrastructure
development such as roads. Before road construction, MSME income
tended to be unstable and influenced by fluctuations in these factors.
The increase in income mainly occurs during the holiday season or
good weather, while during the low season or bad weather income
tends to decrease. MSME traders felt a positive impact / increase in
their business income or around 35.7% and 9 MSME traders felt a
negative impact / decrease in their business income or around 64.3%,
meaning that the construction of the Kendari-Toronipa road tends to
have a negative impact towards MSMEs located along the road,
especially MSMEs located on the old road. Grocery shop traders along
the old Kendari-Toronipa road experienced a decline in income due to
the construction of the new road, but they took innovative steps to
survive, namely by utilizing social media and offering free delivery
services, switching to a wholesale system, opening their business 24
hours a day. and opening new businesses. From a sharia economic

perspective, MSMEs along the Kendari-Toronipa road apply sharia
principles in their operations, such as selling halal products, not
committing injustice, not committing fraud, being honest, and also
prohibiting usury.
