Abstract

Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari, Penetapan Harga Kopi
Robusta di Desa Kaongkeongkea Kabupaten Buton Kecamatan
Pasarwajo Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah. Dibimbimng oleh
Dr. Hj. Ummi Kalsum, M.Ag dan Dr. La Hadisi S. Ag, M. Pd. I.
Penetapan harga adalah proses untuk menentukan seberapa besar
pendapatan yang akan diperoleh atau diterima oleh usaha dari poduk
yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode
penetapan harga jual kopi dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian
ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode
penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Adapun pendekatan yang
digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan metode pengumpulan data
melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penetapan harga kopi menggunakan metode
perhitungan harga pada berbasis biaya dan berbasis laba, harga kopi
menggunakan strategi penjualan untuk meningkatkan harga barang atau
produk dengan menentukan harga awal produksi yang kemudian
ditambah dengan biaya dan keuntungan (Mark-up pricing atau cost�plus pricing). (2) Penetapan harga kopi dalam ekonomi Syariah
biasanya diserahkan kepada kesepakatan antara penjual dan pembeli,
dapat diserahkan pada saat akad yang berlangsung, sekalipun secara
hukum, dan pembayarannya pun harus jelas. Maka penetapan harga
kopi menurut ekonomi Syariah sudah sejalan dilihat dari beberapa
syarat yang dikemukakan ulama fiqih yang berkaitan dengan harga,
karena penetapan harga kopi disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak dan
jumlahnya jelas, serta dapat diserahkan pada saat akad belangsung.

Pricing is the process of determining how much income the business
will earn or receive from the products produced. This research aims to
determine the method of determining the selling price of coffee from an
Islamic economic perspective. This research uses descriptive
qualitative research with field research methods. The approach used is a
case study with data collection methods through observation,
interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that (1)
Determining coffee prices uses a cost-based and profit-based price
calculation method, coffee prices use a sales strategy to increase the
price of goods or products by determining the initial production price
which is then added to costs and profits (Mark-up pricing or cost-plus
pricing). (2) Determining the price of coffee in the Sharia economy is
usually left to the agreement between the seller and the buyer, it can be
submitted at the time of the contract, even legally, and the payment
must be clear. So the determination of coffee prices according to Sharia
economics is in line with several conditions put forward by fiqh
scholars relating to prices, because the determination of coffee prices is
agreed upon by both parties and the amount is clear, and can be
submitted at the time the contract takes place.
