Abstract
ABSTRAK
Elsa Lina Fitriah, 19010104008, 2019. Strategi Guru Kelas Dalam
Membentuk Karakter Disiplin pada Siswa Kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92
Kendari, Skripsi: Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah,
Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, IAIN Kendari, Pembimbing I Dr. H.
Pairin M.A, Pembimbing II Dr. Samsul Bahri M.A
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Strategi Guru Kelas Dalam Membentuk
Karakter Disiplin pada Siswa Kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92 Kendari. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan siswa kelas IV C di SD
Negeri 92 Kendari. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh
guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92
Kendari, 3) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam
membentuk karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92 Kendari.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian
deskripsi kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi,
pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian akan dianalisis dengan
langkah reduksi data, display atau penyajan data dan menarik kesimpulan. hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kedisiplinan siswa kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92
Kendari yaitu mengajak siswa, sehingga siswa mampu diajak melaksanakan shalat
dhuha bersama.Keteladanan, siswa mampu meniru guru seperti memakai pakaian
rapih dan datang tepat waktu. Kebiasaan, siswa terbiasa menyimpan sepatu di rak
sepatu dengan rapih, terbiasa membuang sampah pada tempatnya dll. Nasehat,
siswa mampu mendengarkannesehat guru. Sanksi, siswa akan menerima
hukuman. 2) Strategi Guru Kelas Dalam Membentuk Karakter Disiplin pada
Siswa Kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92 Kendari baik ketika pembelajaran maupun di
luar kelas adalah mengajak, keteladan, pembiasaan, Nasehat dan pemberian
sanksi, 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembentukan karakter
disiplin pada siswa kelas IV C di SD Negeri 92 Kendari. Faktor pendukungnya
adalah adanya control dari kepala sekolah, guru terlibat langsung dengan siswa,
adanya kesadaran dalam diri siswa, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah
keluarga siswa, lingkungan dan tempat bermain.

This thesis discusses Class Teacher Strategies in Forming Disciplined
Character in Class IV C Students at elementary school 92 Kendari. The aims of
this research are: 1) To determine the discipline of class IV C students at
elementary school 92 Kendari. 2) To find out what strategies are used by teachers
in forming the disciplinary character of class IV C students at elementary school
92 Kendari, 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in
forming the disciplinary character of class IV C students at elementary school 92
Kendari. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative description
research type. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation,
interview guidelines, and documentation. Then it will be analyzed using data
reduction steps, displaying or presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The
results of the research show that: 1) The discipline of class IV C students at
elementary school 92 Kendari is to invite students, so that students are able to be
invited to perform Dhuha prayers together. By example, students are able to
imitate teachers, such as wearing neat clothes and arriving on time. Habits,
students are used to storing shoes neatly in the shoe rack, are used to throwing
rubbish in the right place, etc. Advice, students are able to listen to the teacher's
advice. Sanctions, students will receive punishment. 2) The Class Teacher's
Strategy in Forming Disciplined Character in Class IV C Students at elementary
school 92 Kendari both during learning and outside the classroom is inviting, role
modeling, habituation, advice and giving sanctions, 3) Supporting and inhibiting
factors in forming disciplined character in students class IV C at elementary
school 92 Kendari. The supporting factors are the existence of control from the
school principal, teachers are directly involved with students, there is awareness
within the students, while the inhibiting factors are the students' families, the
environment and the playground.
