Dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Di MTs Tridana

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu(1) mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru
terhadap hasil belajar IPA, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar taerhadap
hasil belajar IPA, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas guru dan motivasi belajar
terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa MTs Tridana Mulya. Jenis penelitian yang
dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan berlokasi di
MTs Tridana Mulya dengan sampel 80 siswa. Mengumpulkan data menggunakan
angket kreatifitas guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan
terdiri dari analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kretivitas guru dengan hasil
belajar siswa, secara Inferensial melalui uji-t sebesar thitung> ttabel (0,007 < 0,05),
indikator dalam kreativitas guru yang memberikan pengaruh hasil belajar IPA
siswa MTS Tridana Mulya terdiri dari enam yaitu berpikir lancar, berpikir luwes,
keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, mengevaluasi, dan mengajar
kelompok dan perorangan. 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar
dengan hasil belajar siswa, secara Inferensial melalui uji-t sebesar thitung > ttabel
(0,001 < 0,05). Indikator pada motivasi belajar siswa yang mempengaruhi hasil
belajar siswa MTs Tridana Mulya yaitu adanya hasrat dan keinginan berhasil,
adanya dorongan dan kebutuhan dalam belajar, adanya harapan dan cita-cita masa
depan, adanya penghargaan dalam belajar, adanya kegiatan menarik dalam belajar
dan adanya lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. 3)Ada pengaruh yang signifikan
kretivitas guru dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa, secara Inferensial
melalui uji-F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang memiliki arti
bahwa ada pengaruh variabel kretivitas guru dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap
hasil belajar IPA siswa MTs Tridana Mulya.

Creativity and Student Learning Motivation on Science Learning Outcomes at

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the effect of teacher creativity
on science learning outcomes, (2) to determine the effect of learning motivation
on science learning outcomes, (3) to determine the effect of teacher creativity and
learning motivation on science learning outcomes in MTs Tridana Mulya
students. The type of research carried out is quantitative research with survey
methods, and is located at MTs Tridana Mulya with a sample of 80 students.
Collecting data using a questionnaire on teacher creativity and student learning
motivation. The data analysis used consisted of descriptive analysis and
inferential analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant effect of
teacher creativity on student learning outcomes, inferentially through a t-test of
tcount > ttable (0.007 <0.05), the indicators in teacher creativity that influenced
the science learning outcomes of MTs Tridana Mulya students consisted of of six,
namely fluent thinking, flexible thinking, teacher skills in implementing learning,
evaluating, and teaching groups and individuals. 2) There is a significant effect of
learning motivation on student learning outcomes, inferentially through the t-test
of tcount > ttable (0.001 <0.05). Indicators on student learning motivation that
affect student learning outcomes at MTs Tridana Mulya are the desire and desire
to succeed, the drive and need for learning, the hopes and aspirations of the
future, the appreciation in learning, the existence of interesting activities in
learning and the existence of a learning environment. conducive. 3) There is a
significant effect of teacher creativity and learning motivation on student learning
outcomes, inferentially through the F-test obtained a significance value of 0.001
<0.05, which means that there is an influence of teacher creativity and student
motivation variables on students' science learning outcomes MTs Tridana Mulya.
