Abstract

Investigasi Kelompok Terhadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kritis Siswa Pada Materi
Ekosistem Di Kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia, Dibimbing Oleh: Ibu
Rosmini, S.Si., M.Pd, dan Bapak Syarif Rizalia M.Pd
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan
berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol di kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 1
Lambandia, (2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa
dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran investigasi kelompok dan model
konvensional di SMA Negeri 1 Lamband. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model
pembelajaran investigasi kelompok terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada
materi ekosistem kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian kuantitatif Eksperimen menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimen. Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif: Prasyarat analisis (uji
normalitas dan uji homogenitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji perbedaan dua rata-rata, uji t
berpasangan dan uji tingkat efektif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)
Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen kemampuan awal siswa
memperoleh hasil rata-rata 51 dengan criteria cukup, setelah diberikan perlakuan
menggunakan model investigasi kelompok memperoleh hasil rata-rata 78 kriteria
kritis. Kemudian kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas kontrol kemampuan
awal siswa memperoleh nilai hasil rata-rata 48 kriteria cukup, kemudian kemampuan
akhir siswa memperoleh hasil rata-rata 73 kritria kritis. (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil
kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan melihat dari nilai
rata-rata siswa pada kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai pretest 51 dan posttest 78
sedangkan pada kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai pretest 48 dan posttest 73. (3)
Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran investigasi kelompok terhadap kemampuan
berpikir kritis siswa pada materi ekosistem melihat pada uji hipotesis perbedaan dua
rata-rata memperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,216 > 2,006. Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan
H1 diterima maka terdapat perbedaan signifikan atau pengaruh model pembelajaran
investigasi kelompok terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi
ekosistem kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia.

Learning Model on Students' Critical Thinking Ability on Ecosystem Materials
in Class X Science SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia, Supervised By: Mrs. Rosmini,
S.Si., M.Pd, and Mr. Syarif Rizalia M.Pd
Thi is study aims to determine: (1) To determine students' critical thinking skills in
the experimental and control classes in class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia, (2)
To determine the differences in students' critical thinking skills using the group
investigation learning model and conventional models in SMA Negeri 1 Lamb. (3)
To find out the effect of the group investigation learning model on students' critical
thinking skills in class X science ecosystem material at SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia.
This research is an experimental quantitative research. This study use a quasi-
experimental design. This reaserch used descriptive analysis; Prerequisite analysis
(normality test and homogeneity test) and Hypothesis testing (difference test of two
averages, paired test and effective level test). The results showed that; (1) The
students' critical thinking ability in the experimental class with the initial ability of
students obtained an average result of 51 with sufficient criteria, after being given
treatment using the group investigation model, the average result was 78 critical
criteria. Then the students' critical thinking ability in the control class of the initial
ability of students obtained an average score of 48 sufficient criteria, then the final
ability of students obtained an average result of 73 critical criteria. (2) There are
differences in the results of students' critical thinking skills before and after treatment,
judging from the average score of students in the experimental class who obtained a
pretest score of 51 and posttest 78, while the control class obtained a pretest score of
48 and posttest 73. (3) There is an influence on the learning model group
investigations on students' critical thinking skills on ecosystem materials looked at
the hypothesis test of the difference between the two averages obtaining tcount >
ttable, namely 3,216 > 2,006. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so
there is a significant difference or influence of the group investigation learning model
on students' critical thinking skills in the ecosystem material of class X Science at
SMA Negeri 1 Lambandia.
