Mutmainnah Mustari (19050101131). Massanra Galung dalam Kacamata
Budaya Bugis dan Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Desa Alakaya Kecamatan
Palangga Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibimbing oleh Prof. Dr. Husain
Insawan M.Ag selaku pembimbing I dan Mahfudz Lc., M.E Selaku
pembimbing II
Gadai sawah adalah menyerahkan sawah/tanah dari penggadai (Rahin) kepada
penerima gadai (Murtahin) guna untuk menerima pembayaran sejumlah uang
secara tunai dari penerima gadai. Gadai sawah banyak dilakukan oleh sebagaian
besar masyarakat, salah satunya yaitu di Desa Alakaya Kecamatan Palangga
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
mekanisme pelaksanaan massanra galung di Desa Alakaya Kecamatan Palangga
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Massanra galung dalam perspektif budaya bugis di
Desa Alakaya Kecamatan Palangga Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Massanra
galung dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam di desa Alakaya Kecamatan Palangga
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif
deskriptif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Jenis data yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, dengan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil
penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa masyarakat Desa alakaya Kecamatan Palangga
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan melakukan praktik massanra galung dikarenakan
adanya kebutuhan mendesak yang harus segera dipenuhi. Praktek ini sudah lama
dilakukan dan telah menjadi adat kebiasaan secara turun-temurun. Dalam
pandangan Ekonomi Islam, praktek ini diperbolehkan untuk dimanfaatkan hasil
sawah yang dijadikan barang gadai oleh penerima gadai apabila di beri izin dan
ditentukan batas akhir gadai oleh pemberi gadai berdasarkan pendapat ulama
Malikiyah.

Bugis Culture and Islamic Economic Perspective in Alakaya Village,
Palangga District, South Konawe Regency. Supervised by Prof. Dr. Husain

Pawning rice fields is handing over rice fields/land from the pawnbroker (Rahin)
to the pawnee recipient (Murtahin) in order to receive payment of a sum of money
in cash from the pawnee recipient. Pawning of rice fields is often done by most
people, one of which is in Alakaya Village, Palangga District, South Konawe
Regency. This research aims to determine the mechanism for implementing
massanra galung in Alakaya Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency.
Massanra galung from the perspective of Bugis culture in Alakaya Village,
Palangga District, South Konawe Regency. Massanra galung from an Islamic
economic perspective in Alakaya village, Palangga District, South Konawe
Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with field research
methods. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary
data, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and
documentation. From the results of this research, it was found that the people of
Alakaya Village, Palangga District, South Konawe Regency practice massanra
galung because there is an urgent need that must be met immediately. This
practice has been carried out for a long time and has become a custom passed
down from generation to generation. In the view of Islamic Economics, this
practice is permitted to use the results of rice fields which are used as pawned
goods by the pawn recipient if permission is given and the deadline for pawning is
determined by the pawnbroker based on the opinion of Malikiyah ulama.
