Abstract

ABSTRAK
Nama:Elminary Arnaj. Nim: 2021040203012. Judul: Peran Lembaga
Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Kendari Terhadap Pemenuhan Hak-Hak
Anak Yang Berhadapan Dengan Hukum (Abh) Perspektif Maslahah. Nama
Pembimbing: oleh Dr. Kartini, S.Ag., M.HI dan Dr. Abdul Gaffar S.Th.I., M.Th.I.
Penelitian lapangan (field research) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemenuhan
Hak-hak anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dalam tinjauan maslahah dan
Undang-undang Perlindungan Anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hak-hak
anak yang berada di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas II Kendari sudah
terlaksana namun belum berjalan dengan maksimal dikarenakan kurangnya sarana
dan prasarana,anggaran, mitra kerja dan kurikulum. Pandangan Maslahah
Terhadap hak-hak anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di Lembaga Pembinaan
Khusus Anak Kelas II Kendari akan berjalan dengan baik apabila implementasi
Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak berjalan
dengan maksimal. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti memberikan beberapa
rekomendasi yaitu Untuk memaksimalkan Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor
35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak pada pasal 4 sampai dengan Pasal 18
maka peneliti berharap agar kedepannya di lembaga pembinaan khusus anak kelas
II Kendari agar sarana dan prasarana,anggaran, mitra kerja dan kurikulum dapat
lebih memadai lagi seluruh hak-hak anak dapat terpenuhi dengan baik dan
maksimal.

Class II Special Development Institution for Children in Fulfilling the Rights
of Children in Conflict with the Law (Abh) Maslahah Perspective. Supervisor:
oleh Dr. Kartini, S.Ag., M.HI and Dr. Abdul Gaffar S.Th.I., M.Th.I.
This field research aims to determine the fulfillment of the rights of children in
conflict with the law in reviewing issues and the Child Protection Law. The results
of the research show that the rights of children in the Class II Kendari Children's
Special Development Institute have been implemented but have not run optimally
due to lack of facilities and infrastructure, budget, work partners and curriculum.
Maslahah's view of the rights of children in conflict with the law at the Kendari
Class II Special Child Development Institution will run well if the implementation
of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection runs optimally. After
conducting research, the author provides several recommendations, namely: To
maximize the implementation of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child
Protection in articles 4 to Article 18, the author hopes that in the future the Kendari
class II special children's development institution will have facilities and
infrastructure, budget, partners work and curriculum can be more adequate and all
children's rights can be fulfilled properly and optimally.
