Ayu Rizky Amaliah. NIM. 2020050102049. “Pengaruh Self Efficacy,
Locus of Control dan Karakter Wirausaha Terhadap Minat
Berwirausaha di SMKN 1 Kendari Siswa Kelas XII. Melalui
Pembimbing: Dr. Hj. Ummi Kalsum, M.Ag dan Alwahidin, S.Si.,
M.Sc
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, locus
of control dan karakter wirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha pada
siswa SMKN 1 Kendari kelas XII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kuantitatif, teknik menentukan ukuran besarnya sampel menggunakan
tabel dari Isaac dan Michael maka diperoleh 81 sampel dari 437
populasi. Dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 81 responden dan
setiap item pertanyaan diukur dengan empat skala likert. Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least
Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-statistik pada output path coefficient
sebesar 2,725 yang artinya variabel self efficacy terdapat pengaruh
sebesar 72,5% terhadap konstruk minat berwirausaha. Hal tersebut
menandakan bahwa self efficacy pada sebagian besar siswa kelas XII
dalam kategori cukup yang membuat seorang siswa mampu
meningkatkan minat berwirausaha setelah lulus sekolah. Variabel locus
of control pada output path coefficient sebesar 0,300 dan nilai t-statistik
2,686 yang artinya variabel locus of control terdapat pengaruh terhadap
minat berwirausaha. Variabel karakter wirausaha nilai output path
coefficient sebesar 0,273 dan nilai t-statistik sebesar 2,267 itu artinya
diatas nilai 1,96 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh. Hal tersebut
menandakan bahwa karakter wirausaha pada sebagian siswa kelas XII
dalam kategori cukup yang membuat siswa mempunyai kreatif dan
inovatif di bidang kewirausahaan.

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, locus of
control and entrepreneurial character on interest in entrepreneurship
among students at SMKN 1 Kendari class XII. This research uses
quantitative methods, the technique of determining the sample size
using tables from Isaac and Michael, so 81 samples were obtained from
437 populations. By distributing questionnaires to 81 respondents and
each question item was measured using four likert scales. The data
analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS)
using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this research show that the t-
statistic value on the output path coefficient is 2.725, which means that
the self efficacy variable has an influence of 72.5% on the construct of
interest. Entrepreneurship. This indicates that the self efficacy of most
class XII students is in the sufficient category which makes a student
able to increase their interest in entrepreneurship after graduating from
school. The locus of control variable in the output path coefficient is
0.300 and the t-statistic value is 2.686, which means that the locus of
control variable has an influence on interest in entrepreneurship. The
entrepreneurial character variable output path coefficient value is 0.273
and the t-statistic value is 2.267, meaning it is above the value 1.96,
which means there is an influence. This indicates that the
entrepreneurial character of some class XII students is in the sufficient
category which makes students creative and innovative in the field of
entrepreneurship.
