Abstract

ABSTRAK
Devi Wulan Sari, NIM : 2020050102063, Pengaruh Kualitas
Layanan, Biaya Transaksi, Dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan
Bertransaksi Di BRILink, Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam,
Institute Agama Islam Negeri Kendari, Dibimbing Oleh : Dr.
Muhammad Hadi, M. H.I., Dr. Muljibir Rahman S.EI, M.E.Sy
Berdasarkan dari pengamatan penulis melihat bahwa banyak
masyarakat terkhusus mahasiswa yang lebih cenderung menggunakan
jasa di BRILink ketimbang di Bank yang berkaitan secara langsung.
Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Layanan,
Biaya Transaksi, Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Keputusan bertrasaksi di BRILink Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kuantatif yang termasuk dalam penelitian yang bertujuan untuk
menjelaskan pengaruh variable-variabel yang diteliti melalui pengujian
hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh 72 responden
mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islan IAIN Kendari dengan
tehnik purposive sampling. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data
dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi.
Data diolah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi
klasik, uji determinan, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis
menggunakan program IBM SPSS 25 for windows. Beirdasarkan hasiil
peineiliitiian meingeinaii peingaruh Kualitas Layanan, Biaya Transaksi dan
Lokasii teirhadap Keputusan Bertransaksi mahasiswa di BRILink maka
dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Variabel Kualitas Layanan
dalam penelitian ini memperoleh hasil nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari
0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) dan t hitung sebesar (5,236) > t tabel (1,667).
Niilai iiinii meinunjukan bahwa variiabeil Kualitas Layanan beirpeingaruh
sii gniifiikan teirhadap Keputusan Bertransaksi. Variabel Biaya Transaksi
dalam penelitian ini memperoleh hasil nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari
0,05 (0,00 < 0,03) dan t hitung sebesar (3,103) > t tabel (1,667).
Niilai iiinii meinunjukan bahwa variiabeil Biaya Transaksi beirpeingaruh

Quality, Transaction Fees, and Location on Transaction Decisions

Based on observations, the author sees that many people,
especially students, are more likely to use services at BRILink rather
than at banks that are directly related. The purpose of this research is to
determine the influence of Service Quality, Transaction Costs, Location
which have a positive and significant effect on transaction decisions at
BRILink. This research uses quantitative methods which are included
in the research which aims to explain the influence of the variables
studied through hypothesis testing. The sample in this research was
obtained from 72 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and
Islamic Business at IAIN Kendari using a purposive sampling
technique. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out
using questionnaire and documentation methods. Data were processed
using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests,
determinant tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests
using the IBM SPSS 25 for Windows program. Based on the results of
the analysis of the influence of Service Quality, Transaction Costs and
Location on students' transaction decisions at BRILink, the following
conclusions can be drawn: The Service Quality variable in this study
obtained a significant value smaller than 0.05 (0.00 < 0 .05) and t count
is (5.236) > t table (1.667). This value indicates that the Service Quality
variable has a significant influence on transaction decisions. The
transaction cost variable in this study obtained a significant value of
less than 0.05 (0.00 < 0.03) and the calculated t was (3.103) > t table
(1.667). This value indicates that Transaction Cost variables have a

significant influence on Transaction Decisions. The location variable in
this study obtained a significant value of less than 0.05 (0.00 < 0.00)
and the calculated t was (5.952) > t table (1.667). This value indicates
that the location variable has a significant influence on transaction
decisions. The t-test results show that the variables Service Quality,
Transaction Costs and Location influence Transaction Decisions at
BRILink.
