Abstract

ABSTRAK
RIZAL AMIR, NIM:2020050101133, “Program Strategi
Pemberdayaan Desa Dalam Mengembangkan Ekonomi
Masyarakat Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Kasus Desa Batu
Putih Kecamatan Poleang Selatan)” Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis
Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari, melalui
pembimbing I Bapak Suman Anselah dan Pembimbing II Bapak
Sumiyadi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi
perekonomian Masyarakat Desa Batu Putih bagaimana Strategi
pemerintah Desa Batu Putih dalam mengoptimalkan Program dan
bagaimana strategi program pemberdayaan Desa dalam
mengembangkan ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Batu Putih. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang
berlokasikan di desa Batu Putih Kecamtan Poleang Selatan Kabupaten
Bombana. Yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu
Pemerintah Desa Batu Putih yang berjumlah 3 orang, dan masyarakat
yang menerima Program Pemberdayaan Desa (PPD) yang berjumlah 10
orang. Data tersebut penulis peroleh dengan menggunakan metode
pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari
hasil penelitian ini yaitu kondisi perekonomian mayoritas masyarakat
Desa Batu Putih masih tergolong rendah dikarenakan mayoritas
masyarakat di desa batu putih bekerja sebagai pertani dan nelayan
dengan penghasilan yang tergolong rendah, Dengan adanya Program
Pemberdayaan Desa (PPD) di desa Batu Putih yang bertujuan
mengembangkan ekonomi Masyarakat dalam bentuk bantuan alat -alat
Perkebunan dan nelayan modern dapat meningkatkan perekonomian
mayoritas masyarakatnya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan mayoritas
responden yang sangat terbantu dalam meningkatkan pendapatannya
karena adanya program pemberdayaan seperti ini. Strategi yang

dilakukan oleh Program Pemberdayaan Desa (PPD) di desa Batu Putih
juga telah sesuai dengan ekonomi Islam yaitu yang bertujuan untuk
mensejahterakan dan membantu masyarakat dalam bidang
perekonomian.

Strategy Program in Developing Community Economy from an
Islamic Economic Perspective (Case Study of Batu Putih Village,
South Poleang District)" Faculty of Islamic Economics and
Business, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kendari, through Supervisor
I Mr. Suman Anselah and Supervisor II Mr. Sumiyadi.
This study aims to find out the economic condition of the Batu
Putih Village Community, how the Batu Putih Village government
strategy is in optimizing the Program and how the Village
empowerment program strategy is in developing the economy of the
Batu Putih Village Community. The research method used is a
descriptive qualitative research located in Batu Putih village, South
Poleang District, Bombana Regency. The informants in this study were
the Batu Putih Village Government which amounted to 3 people, and
the community who received the Village Empowerment Program (PPD)
which amounted to 10 people. The data was obtained by the author
using data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and
documentation. From the results of this study, the economic condition
of the majority of the people of Batu Putih Village is still relatively low
because the majority of people in Batu Putih Village work as farmers
and fishermen with relatively low incomes, With the existence of the
Village Empowerment Program (PPD) in Batu Putih village which
aims to develop the community's economy in the form of assistance for
plantation tools and modern fishermen can improve the economy of the
majority of the community. This is evidenced by the majority of
respondents who have been greatly helped in increasing their income
because of empowerment programs like this. The strategy implemented
by the Village Empowerment Program (PPD) in Batu Putih village is

also in accordance with Islamic economics, namely which aims to
prosper and help the community in the economic sector.
