Sukmah Yanti Efendi, Nim: 2020010103004. Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah
Terhadap Kedisiplinan Guru SMP Negeri 15 Kendari
Dibimbing Oleh: Dr. Mansyur, M.Pd dan Dr. H. Samsuri S.Ag, S.Pd, M.Pd
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan supervisi kepala
sekolah, mendeskripsikan kedisiplinan guru, serta membuktikan pengaruh
supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru SMP Negeri 15 Kendari.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei
dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini
berjumlah 31 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian
ini yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik
deskriptif: uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa: 1) supervisi kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 15 Kendari telah mencapai 64,52%
berada pada kategori sedang yang bermakna sistem supervisi SMP Negeri 15
Kendari telah cukup namun masih perlu ditingkatkan, 2) kedisiplinan guru SMP
Negeri 15 Kendari telah mencapai 54,84% berada pada kategori sedang yang
bermakna sebahagian besar guru telah memperlihatkan tingkat kedisiplinan yang
memadai, 3) supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan guru
SMP Negeri 15 Kendari. Dengan signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,383 >
ttabel 1,701, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh supervisi kepala
sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru SMP Negeri 15 Kendari sebesar 0,532 atau
53,2%. Besarnya kontribusi variabel supervisi kepala sekolah 28,3% dan sisanya
sebesar 71,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian
ini.

This study aims to describe principal supervision, describe teacher
discipline, and prove the effect of principal supervision on teacher discipline at
Junior High School 15 Kendari. This research is a quantitative research using
survey method with correlational approach. The sample used in this study
amounted to 31 samples. Data collection techniques used in this study are
questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis
techniques: prerequisite tests and research hypothesis tests. The results showed
that: 1) the supervision of the principal of Junior High School 15 Kendari has
reached 64,52% in the moderate category which means that the supervision
system of Junior High School 15 Kendari has been sufficient but still needs to be
improved, 2) the discipline of teachers of Junior High School 15 Kendari has
reached 54,84% in the moderate category which means that most teachers have
shown an adequate level of discipline, 3) the supervision of the principal affects
the discipline of teachers of Junior High School 15 Kendari. With a significance
of 0.002 < 0.05 and the value of tcount 3.383 > ttable 1.701, so it can be concluded
that there is an effect of principal supervision on the discipline of teachers of
Junior High School 15 Kendari by 0,532 or 53,2%. The magnitude of the
contribution of the principal supervision variable is 28,3% and the remaining
71,7% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
