Rijal Shadiq Darwis : 19020101006: Judul Penelitian : Dampak Mappasiala
Terhadap Pemenuhan Hak dan Kewajiban Suami Istri Perspektif Al-Urf

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaiman dampak dari tradsi
mappasiala terhadap pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami istri berdasarkan
perspektif Al- Urf. Penelitian ini mengguanakn jenis penelitian normative empiris
yang di identifikasi melalui pendekatan konseptual. Subjek penelitian ini
menlibatkan 7 narasumber, termasuk tokoh agama, tokoh adat, dan masyarakat yang
di observasi, wawancara, dan di dokumentasikan. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan
adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpilan. Teknik keabsahan
data diantaranya triangulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Hasil penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa Dampak Tradisi Mappasiala Terhadap Pemenuhan Hak dan
Kewajiban Suami Istri terhadap perspektif Al-urf masih belum terpenuhi dari segi
kewajiban sang suami maupun hak dari istri dal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tidak
terpenuhinya kewajiban sang suami untuk menjaga keluarganya dari perbuatan yang
dapat menjerumuskannya ke perbuatan maksiat dan dosa tritura pada bagian
pengajaran tentang pemahaman agama dan tidak terpenuhinya hak sang istri untuk
diberi nafkah, apabila kita melihat dari segi tinjauan hukum atau Al-Urf tarisi ini
masih bertentangan dengan beberapa dalil dikarenakan masih ada perbuatan yang
masih bertentangan contohnya dalil dalam pemilihan jodoh dan dalil kewajiban
seorang suami untuk menjaga keluarganya dari api neraka.

This research aims to see the impact of the mappasiala tradition on fulfilling
the rights and obligations of husband and wife based on the Al-Urf perspective. This
research uses a type of empirical normative research identified through a
conceptual approach. The subject of this research involved 7 sources, including
religious leaders, traditional leaders and the community who were observed,
interviewed and documented. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data
presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques include technical,
source and time triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the impact of
the Mappasiala tradition on the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husbands
and wives from the Al-urf perspective is still not fulfilled in terms of the husband's
obligations and the rights of the dal wife. This can be seen from the husband's non-
fulfillment of his obligations to protect his family from actions that could lead him
into to immoral acts and tritura sins in the teaching section regarding understanding
religion and not fulfilling the wife's right to be given a living, if we look at it from a
legal perspective or Al-Urf Tarisi, this still contradicts several arguments because
there are still actions that are still contradictory, for example the arguments in
choosing a mate and the argument for a husband's obligation to protect his family
from the fire of hell.
