Untuk Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat” Dibimbing oleh

Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah, 2024.
Pantai adalah salah satu objek wisata yang memiliki daya tarik bagi
wisatawan karena wujud dan suasana yang variatif, dengan
melandaskan pada aspek eksplorasi, konservasi, dan pengelolaan secara
terpadu. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui bagimana strategi masyarakat lokal dalam pengoptimalan
infrastruktur pantai toronipa untuk peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat
dan strategi masyarakat lokal dalam pengoptimalan infrastruktur pantai
toronipa untuk peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dalam perspektif
ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan
dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi
data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini
menunjukan Startegi yang dilakukan Masyarakat lokal dalam
mengoptimalkan infrastrukturnya yakni dengan menjaga kebersihan
serta kerapian penataan inrastruktur yang ada dan menjaga kualitas
infrastruktur tersebut. Hasil dari pengelolaan infrastruktur yang optimal
ini dapat kita lihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan pendapatan yang
dirasakan oleh para masyarakat lokal pemilik lahan pantai Toronipa.
Strategi Masyarakat Lokal dalam pengoptimalan Infrastrktur Pantai
Toronipa berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi islam terbukti terlaksana
dengan baik. Hal tersebut terbukti dari terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar
berupa kelima hal yang merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia yaitu
kebutuhan yang mutlak terpenuhi, agar manusia hidup bahagia didunia
maupun diakhirat.

The beach is a tourist attraction that is attractive to tourists because of
its varied forms and atmosphere, based on aspects of exploration,
conservation and integrated management. The aim of this research is to
find out the local community's strategy in optimizing Toronipa beach
infrastructure to increase community income and the local community's
strategy in optimizing Toronipa beach infrastructure to increase
community income from an Islamic economic perspective. This
research uses a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative
approach, using data collection techniques through interviews,
observation and documentation. In this research, the data analysis
techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing
conclusions. The results of this research show the strategies carried out
by local communities in optimizing their infrastructure, namely by
maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the existing infrastructure
and maintaining the quality of the infrastructure. As a result of this
optimal infrastructure management, we can see that there has been an
increase in income experienced by local communities who own
Toronipa beach land. The Local Community's strategy in optimizing
Toronipa Beach Infrastructure based on an Islamic economic
perspective has proven to be implemented well. This is proven by the
fulfillment of basic needs in the form of five things which are basic
needs for humans, namely needs that are absolutely fulfilled, so that
humans live happily in this world and in the hereafter.
