Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Driver Maxim Kota
Kendari. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agam Islam
Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I Bapak Abdul Wahid
Mongkito S. SI., M.EI dan pembimbing II Ibu Dewi Santri S.Si,
M.Si.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi
finansial yang diterima sebagai driver maxim berpengaruh terhadap
kinerja. Metode penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kuantitatif
berdasarkan data primer melalui teknik observasi dengan sampel 100
driver Maxim Kota Kendari. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan Icidental Sampling, teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuisioner google from, teknik analisis data menggunakan
regresi logistik ordinal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan
diperoleh nilai uji odd rasio Exp(2.217) = 9,179 setiap kenaikan satuan
kompensasi akan menaikan 9,179 odd rasio pada kinerja dan uji
kesesuaian model (goodness of fit text) adalah nilai chi-suare person
adalah sebesar 8.567 dengan nilai signifikan 0.662, nilai devience
sebesar 5.907 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.880. Kesimpulan
penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel independen mempengaruhi
kinerja driver maxim Kota Kendari.

Financial Compensation on the Performance of Kendari City
Maxim Drivers. Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business,
Kendari State Islamic Religious Institute through supervisor I Mr
Abdul Wahid Mongkito S. SI., M.EI and supervisor II Mrs Dewi
Santri S.Si, M.Si.
This study aims to find out whether the financial compensation
received as a maxim driver has an effect on performance. This research
method is through a quantitative approach based on primary data
through observation techniques with a sample of 100 Maxim drivers in
Kendari City. Sampling techniques using Icidental Sampling, data
collection techniques using google from questionnaires, the data
analysis technique uses ordinal logistic regression. Based on the results
of the analysis carried out, the odds test value of the Exp(2,217) ratio =
9.179 for each increase in the compensation unit will increase the odds
ratio by 9.179 in performance and the goodness of fit text is a chi-suare
person value of 8.567 with a significant value of 0.662, a deviation
value of 5.907 with a significance value of 0.880. The conclusion of
this study shows that independent variables affect the performance of
maxim drivers in Kendari City.
