Abstract

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul Partisipasi Politik Perempuan Dalam
Perspektif Hukum Islam Di DPRD Kabupaten Wakatobi, dengan pokok
permasalahan; bagaimana partisipasi Politik perempuan di DPRD
Kabupaten Wakatobi, bagaimana partisipasi politik perempuan dalam
perspektif hukum Islam di DPRD Kabupaten Wakatobi, Tujuan dalam
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui partisipasi politik legislator
perempuan di DPRD kabupaten Wakatobi dan juga untuk mengetahui
partisipasi politik perempuan dalam persepektif hukum Islam di DPRD
Kabupaten Wakatobi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis
penelitian kualitatif dengan maksud mendeskripsikan fenomena yang
terjadi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dari data yang telah saya
kumpulkan menunjukan bahwa kinerja Anggota DPRD perempuan
sebanyak 8 orang di wakatobi itu tidak bekerja dengan maksimal. Mereka
tidak menjadi representasi rakyat pada saat dipersidangan. Hal ini
disebabkan karena diantara mereka menjadi anggota DPRD itu bukan
karena kualitas dan kemampuan sebagaimana layaknya wakil rakyat, tetapi
mereka menjadi anggota DPRD itu hanya basis masa dan dana yang
mereka miliki, dan dari segi usia mereka itu sudah tua sehingga pada saat
sidang mereka kebanyakan tidur, dari segi pendidikan mereka banyak yang
tidak selesai S1. Sehingga mereka tidak bisa berargumentasi pada saat
sidang. 8 Anggoata DPRD perempuan di Wakatabi tidak memberikan
manfaat sama sekali, mereka hanya menikmati gaji yang telah dialokasikan
oleh Negara.
Sehingga ini tidak sesuai dengan asas maslahah atau
kemanfaatan. Sebagaiamana kadaidah maslahah mursalah; Mencegah
kemudaharatan lebih baik dari pada mendatangkan kemaslahatan.

ABSTRACT
This research is entitled Political Participation of Women in the
Perspective of Islamic Law in the DPRD Wakatobi Regency, with the main
problems; How is women's political participation in the Wakatobi Regency
DPRD, how is women's political participation in the perspective of Islamic
law in the Wakatobi Regency DPRD, The purpose of this study is to
determine the political participation of women legislators in the Wakatobi
Regency DPRD and also to determine women's political participation in the
perspective of Islamic law in the DPRD. Wakatobi Regency. The research
method used is a type of qualitative research with the intention of describing
the phenomena that occur. The conclusion of this study is from the data that
I have collected, it shows that the performance of 8 female DPRD members
in Wakatobi does not work optimally. They do not represent the people at
the trial. This is because among them being members of the DPRD it is not
because of their quality and ability as befits a representative of the people,
but they are members of the DPRD only on the basis of time and funds they
have, and in terms of their age they are old so that at the time of the trial
they mostly sleep. In terms of education, many of them did not finish S1. So
they can't argue at the trial. 8 The female DPRD members in Wakatabi do
not provide any benefits at all, they only enjoy the salaries that have been
allocated by the State. So this is not in accordance with the principle of
benefit or benefit. As the rule of maslahah mursalah; Preventing harm is
better than bringing benefit.
