Abstract

ABSTRAK
Nama: Syahrul Arianto, Nim 18020102052. Analisis Praktik Ba’i Siy ̅sah Al
Igr ̅q Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah studi di Kecamatan Ranomeeto
Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Ahmad Lc., M.HI dan
Rusnam S.HI MH.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Praktik Ba‟i Siy ̅sah Al-Igr ̅q di
Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan dan Untuk mengetahui
Pandangan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah terkait Ba‟i Siy ̅sah Al-Igr ̅q di Kecamatan
Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi
penelitian lapangan, khususnya penelitian hukum Empiris, dan menggunakan tiga
teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan
penelitian menunjukkan (1) adanya tiga pengusaha SpringBad di Kecamatan
Ranomeeto, khususnya pengusaha SpringBad Mas Yus, pengusaha SpringBad
Mas Hilman dan pengusaha mebel Sahlan. Diantara pengusaha tersebut ada salah
satu pengusaha yang melakukan banting harga yaitu pengusaha Mas Hilman. Ia
melakukan banting harga atas dasar inisiatif diri sendiri dengan tujuan untuk
menjatuhkan pengusaha lain. Apabila pengusaha lain telah gulung tikar, maka
peluang Mas Hilman untuk menaikkan harga pasar SpringBad di Kecamatan
Ranomeeto sangat besar. (2) Bahwa dari hasil penelitian mengenai materi Ba‟i
siy ̅sah al-igr ̅q, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik jual beli di Kecamatan
Ranomeeto berbeda-beda kepatuhannya terhadap syarat dan ketentuan hukum
Ekonomi Syariah. Meskipun beberapa transaksi memenuhi persyaratan, ada pula
yang masih gagal dengan peraturan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah.

Siy ̅sah Al-Igr ̅q from a Sharia Economic Law Perspective study in
Ranomeeto District, South Konawe. Supervised by: Dr. Ahmad Lc., M.HI
and Rusnam S.HI MH.
This research aims to determine the practice of Ba'i Siy ̅sah Al-Igr ̅q in
Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency and to determine the Sharia
Economic Law View regarding Ba'i Siy ̅sah Al-Igr ̅q in Ranomeeto District,
South Konawe Regency. This research uses field research methodology,
specifically Empirical legal research, and uses three data collection techniques:
interviews, observation, and documentation. The research findings show (1) there
are three SpringBad entrepreneurs in Ranomeeto District, especially SpringBad
entrepreneur Mas Yus, SpringBad entrepreneur Mas Hilman and furniture
entrepreneur Sahlan. Among these entrepreneurs, there is one entrepreneur who
slashed prices, namely entrepreneur Mas Hilman. He slashed prices based on his
own initiative with the aim of bringing down other entrepreneurs. If other
entrepreneurs have gone out of business, then Mas Hilman's opportunity to
increase the market price of SpringBad in Ranomeeto District is very large. (2)
That from the results of research regarding Ba'i Siy ̅sah Al-Igr ̅q material, it can
be concluded that buying and selling practices in Ranomeeto District vary in their
compliance with the terms and conditions of Sharia Economic law. Even though
some transactions meet the requirements, there are also those that still fail to
comply with Sharia Economic Law regulations.
