Abstract
ABSTRAK
Uswatun Khasana (2024) NIM 2020050102066. Judul Skripsi
“Pengaruh Fitur-fitur Pendukung E-commerce Pada BSI Mobile
terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa FEBI IAIN
Kendari)”. Dibawah bimbingan pembimbing 1 Bapak Dr. Suman
Anselah dan Pembimbing 2 Bapak Miftahur Rahman Hakim, 2024
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel fitur
transaksi, fitur pembayaran dan fitur e-commerce terhadap perilaku
konsumtif mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Kendari.metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan rumus slovin
dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Sedangkan untuk teknik
pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner
(Google Form). Data diolah menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,
uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program IBM SPSS
25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa terdapat
pengaruh yang positif signifikan pada variabel Fitur transfer terhadap
perilaku konsumtif Mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Kendari. Artinya bahwa
semakin tinggi penggunaan fitur transfer pada BSI Mobile maka
semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Demikin pula pada
fitur pembayaran dan fitur e-commerce terdapet hasil yang positif dan
signifikan.
Kata Kunci : BSI Mobile, Fitur transfer, Fitur pembayaran, Fitur e-
commerce, Perilaku Konsumtif.

Influence of E-commerce Supporting Features on BSI Mobile on
Consumer Behavior (Case Study of FEBI IAIN Kendari

This research aims to determine the influence of transaction feature
variables, payment features and e-commerce features on the
consumptive behavior of FEBI IAIN Kendari students. The research
method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study was
taken using purposive sampling techniques and the Slovin formula with
a total sample of 93 respondents. Meanwhile, the data collection
technique was carried out using the questionnaire method (Google
Form). Data were processed using validity tests, reliability tests,
classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using the IBM SPSS 25
for Windows program. The results of this research show that there is a
significant positive influence on the transfer feature variable on the
consumer behavior of FEBI IAIN Kendari students, This means that the
higher the use of the transfer feature to BSI Mobile, the higher the
student's consumptive behavior. Likewise, the payment features and
e-commerce features also achieved positive and significant results.
