Kasus Pada, Kel. Meluhu, Kec. Meluhu, Kabupaten Konawe)”,

Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang sangat penting perananya
dalam perekonomian. Disebagian negara-negara yang sedang
berkembang, Hal tersebut bisa kita lihat dengan jelas dari peranan
sektor pertanian ini dalam menampung penduduk serta memberikan
kesempatan kerja kepada penduduk. Pertambahan jumlah penduduk
mendorong meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia yang beraneka ragam,
oleh karena itu perlu digalakkan usaha peningkatan produksi beas
sebagai bahan makanan pokok. Dalam teori ekonomi mikro bahwa
pendapatan adalah perolehan yang berasal dari biaya-biaya faktor
produksi atau jasa-jasa produktif. Pendapatan adalah seluruh perolehan
baik yang berasal dari biaya faktor produksi maupun total output yang
dihasilkan untuk seluruh produksi dalam suatu perekonomian dalam
jangka waktu tertentu. Kesejahteraan adalah suatu tata kehidupan dan
penghidupan sosial, material, maupun spritual yang diliputi rasa
keselamatan, kesusilaan dan ketentraman lahir batin yang
memungkinkan setiap negara untuk mengadakan usaha-usaha
pemenuhan kebutuhan jasmani, rohani dan sosial yang sebaik-baiknya
bagi diri, rumah tangga serta masyarakat. Prospek pengembangan
kelapa sawit perkebunan rakyat sangat didentukan oleh adanya
kebijakan ekonomi yang memihak kepada rakyat, agar mendorong
terwujudnya kesejahteraan rakyat. Keluarga terdiri dari dua atau tiga
individu yang disatukan oleh darah, perkawinan, atau adopsi dan
mereka hidup dalam rumah tangga, berinteraksi satu sama lain, dan
dalam peran yang sama, menciptakan dan mempertahankan budaya
mereka.

The agricultural sector is a sector that plays a very important
role in the economy. In some developing countries, we can see this
clearly from the role of the agricultural sector in accommodating the
population and providing employment opportunities to the population.
The increase in population has led to an increase in diverse human
needs, therefore it is necessary to encourage efforts to increase the
production of beas as a staple food ingredient. In microeconomic
theory, income is income that comes from the costs of production
factors or productive services. Income is all income from both the costs
of production factors and the total output produced for all production
in an economy within a certain period of time. Welfare is a social,
material and spiritual system of life and living that is filled with a sense
of safety, decency and inner and outer peace that enables every country
to make efforts to meet the physical, spiritual and social needs as well
as possible for the self, household and society. . The prospects for
developing smallholder oil palm plantations are largely determined by
the existence of economic policies that favor the people, in order to
encourage the realization of people's welfare. A family consists of two
or three individuals united by blood, marriage, or adoption and they
live in a household, interacting with each other, and in similar roles,
creating and maintaining their culture.
