Abstract

Ayu Lestari dengan NIM 2021010101148 “Analisis Pengunaaan Media
Pembelajaran Berbasis Smartphone di SMP Negeri 2 Kendari “Melalui
Bimbingan Dr. Masdin M.Pd dan Ibu Halmuniati S.Pd., M.Pd
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media pembelajaran
berbasis smartphone di SMP Negeri 2 Kendari. Fokus penelitian mencakup
penerapan media berbasis smartphone, dampaknya serta kendala dalam penerapan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa smartphone dimanfaatkan dalam proses
pembelajaran sebagai media untuk mengakses materi pelajaran melalui berbagai
aplikasi seperti WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Quizizz, Canva, dan Google Form.
Penggunaan media ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas belajar
siswa. Namun demikian, terdapat pula kendala seperti penyalahgunaan smartphone
untuk hal-hal di luar kegiatan pembelajaran, seperti bermain game atau membuka
media sosial saat jam pelajaran. Peran guru dalam memberikan arahan dan
pengawasan sangat penting agar pemanfaatan smartphone tetap mendukung
tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, media pembelajaran berbasis
smartphone memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap proses
pembelajaran, asalkan penggunaannya dikelola dengan baik.

Learning Media for Islamic Education at SMP Negeri 2 Kendari
Students Dr. Masdin M.Pd and Mrs. Halmuniati S.Pd., M.Pd
This study aims to analyze the use of smartphone-based learning media at SMP
Negeri 2 Kendari. The focus of the research includes the application of smartphonebased

media, its impact and obstacles in the application. This research uses a
descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through
observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that smartphones
are utilized in the learning process as a medium to access subject matter through
various applications such as WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, Quizizz, Canva, and
Google Form. The use of this media is considered to be able to increase student
motivation and learning effectiveness. However, there are also obstacles such as
misuse of smartphones for things outside of learning activities, such as playing
games or opening social media during class hours. The role of teachers in providing
direction and supervision is very important so that the use of smartphones still
supports the achievement of learning objectives. In conclusion, smartphone-based
learning media has a significant positive impact on the learning process, provided
that its use is well managed.
