Edukasi Pembayaran Non Tunai Melalui QRIS Kepada Pelaku
UMK Di Kelurahan Baruga Kota Kendari. Melalui Pembimbing:
Bapak Alfian Toar Dan Bapak Adzil Arsyi Sabana

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi dan
edukasi pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) terhadap penggunaan
Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) serta peran Bank
Indonesia dalam meningkatkan adopsi QRIS di Kecamatan Baruga
Kota Kendari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif
dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara
mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMK
pengguna QRIS serta pihak terkait lainnya. jumlah sampel yang di
gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 27 orang responden. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi pelaku UMK terhadap QRIS
tergolong cukup baik, tetapi masih terdapat kesenjangan terutama pada
aspek evaluasi informasi dan pemahaman fitur lanjutan. Tingkat
edukasi juga belum merata karena sebagian besar pelaku UMK belum
pernah mengikuti pelatihan resmi dan hanya mengandalkan informasi
dari lingkungan sekitar. Adapun peran Bank Indonesia cukup signifikan
melalui sosialisasi, kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal, dan kemudahan
pendaftaran QRIS yang mendorong peningkatan adopsi di kalangan
UMK. Kesimpulannya, literasi dan edukasi yang memadai, disertai
dukungan aktif dari Bank Indonesia, menjadi faktor penting dalam
mempercepat transformasi digital UMK melalui QRIS. Penelitian ini
merekomendasikan perlunya program edukasi berkelanjutan dan
strategi kolaboratif lintas pihak untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan
pemanfaatan QRIS di tingkat UMK.

Education on Cashless Payments through QRIS for Micro and Small
Enterprises (MSEs) in Baruga Subdistrict, Kendari City. Supervised
by Alfian Toar and Adzil Arsyi Sabana.
This study aims to analyze the level of literacy and education of Micro
and Small Enterprises (MSEs) regarding the use of Quick Response
Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) and to examine the role of Bank
Indonesia in increasing QRIS adoption in Baruga Subdistrict, Kendari
City. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data were
collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation
involving QRIS users among MSEs and relevant stakeholders. The
total sample used in this study consisted of 27 respondents. The results
of the study show that the literacy level of MSEs regarding QRIS is
relatively adequate, although gaps remain in areas such as information
evaluation and understanding of advanced features. Education on QRIS
has not been evenly distributed, as many MSEs rely on informal
sources of information rather than formal training programs.
Furthermore, Bank Indonesia plays a significant role through
socialization programs, collaboration with local communities, and
simplified QRIS registration processes, all of which have contributed to
the increased adoption of QRIS among MSEs. In conclusion, adequate
literacy and education, supported by Bank Indonesia’s active
involvement, are crucial in accelerating the digital transformation of
MSEs through QRIS. The study recommends continuous education
programs and collaborative strategies among various stakeholders to
enhance QRIS understanding and utilization at the MSE level.
