Tindakan Bullying sudah menjadi masalah global yang sering ditemui
dan dihadapi banyak orang khususnya remaja termaksud awal di Sekolah Dasar
(SD), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), maupun di Sekolah Menengah Atas
(SMA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: a). pengaruh verbal bullying
terhadap self efficacy siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI SMAN 1 Amonggedo, b).
Pengaruh verbal bullying terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI
di SMAN 1 Amonggedo, c). Pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa
pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMAN 1 Amonggedo. Penelitian ini bersifat
kuantitatif. Anggota populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa siswi kelas XI
SMAN 1 Amonggedo yang berjumlah 121 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 35 siswa.
Teknik penelitian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan analisis
secara statistik menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji linearitas,
dan analisis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 21.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: ada pengaruh bullying verbal terhadap self
efficacy dan hasil belajar siswa. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan
rumus regresi linear sederhana diperoleh: a). berdasarkan uji t diperoleh, nilai thitung
sebesar -2,065 > ttabel 0,324 yang berarti hipotesis Ha1 diterima bahwa verbal
bullying berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy. b). berdasarkan
uji t diperoleh, nilai thitung sebesar -5,533 > ttabel 0,324 yang berarti hipotesis Ha2
diterima bahwa verbal bullying berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap hasil
belajar siswa. c). berdasarkan uji t diperoleh, nilai thitung sebesar -3,234 > ttabel 0,324
yang berarti hipotesis Ha3 diterima bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh negatif dan
signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Bullying has become a global problem that is often encountered and faced
by many people, especially teenagers, including early in Elementary School (SD),
Junior High School (SMP), and Senior High School (SMA). This study aims to
explain: a). the influence of verbal bullying on students' self-efficacy in Islamic
Religious Education (PAI) at SMAN 1 Amonggedo, b). The influence of verbal
bullying on students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at
SMAN 1 Amonggedo, c). The influence of self-efficacy on students' learning
outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMAN 1 Amonggedo. This study
is quantitative. The population of this study were all 121 students of grade XI at
SMAN 1 Amonggedo. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, with
a sample size of 35 students. The research technique was analyzed using simple
linear regression and statistical analysis using the classical assumption test,
namely the normality test, linearity test, and analysis using the t-test with the help
of the SPSS version 21 application. The results of the study showed that: there was
an influence of verbal bullying on students' self-efficacy and learning outcomes.
After testing using a simple linear regression formula, it was obtained: a). based
on the t-test, the t-count value is -2.065> t-table 0.324, which means that the Ha1
hypothesis is accepted that verbal bullying has a negative and significant effect on
self-efficacy. b). based on the t-test, the t-count value is -5.533> t-table 0.324, which
means that the Ha2 hypothesis is accepted that verbal bullying has a negative and
significant effect on students' learning outcomes. c). based on the t-test, the t-count
value is -3.234> t-table 0.324, which means that the Ha3 hypothesis is accepted
that self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on students' learning
outcomes.
