Akibat Selisih Harga Barang Di Rak Dan Struk Kasir Perspektif Hukum
ilam (Ttudi kasus Indomaret Ranomeeto). Dibimbing oleh : Dr. Kartini M.

Penelitian ini berjudul Perlindungan HukumTerhadap Konsumen Akibat
Selisih Harga Barang Di Rak Dan Struk Kasir Perspektif Hukum Islam.adapun
rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1). Apa faktor penyebab terjadinya
selisih harga barang di rak dan struk kasir di indomaret Ranomeeto dan 2).
Bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen akibat selisih harga barang
di rak dan struk kasir perspektif hukum islam. penelitian ini menggunakan
penelitian lapangan (file research) atau penelitian lapangan.Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-empiris yang didukung oleh data-data lapangan
melalui observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa penyebab terjadinya selisih harga barang di rak dan struk kasir yaitu
kelalaian dari pihak indomaret yang terlambat dalam mengganti label hargadan
juga kelalaian dari para konsumen yang tidak meletakan kembali barang yang
tidak jadi dibeli ke rak semula, atas kelalaian ini lah yang dapat merugikan kedua
belah pihak.jika kita melihat Hukum Islam, jika konsumen komplen terkait selisih
harga maka pelaku usaha memberikan hak Khiyar kepada konsumen maka
statusjual beli tersebut tetap halal. Namun, ketika konsumen telah melakukan
transaksi namun mengetahui adanya selisih harga maka transaksi jual beli tetap
sah karena diselesaikan dengan musyawarah kedua belah pihak karena segala
transaksi harus berdasarkan wasiat (ridha) kedua belah pihak. dengan kata lain
mereka telah mengikuti prinsip jual beli islam.

This research is entitled Legal Protection for counsumenrs due to
differences in prices of goods on the shelf and cashier’s receipts from an islamic
legal perspective. The problem formulation in this research is : 1). What are the
factors causing the difference in the price of goods on the shelf and the cashier’s
receipt at indomaret ranomeeto and 2). What is the legal protection for
counsumers due tothe difference in the price of goods on the shelf and the
casher’sreceipt froman islamic legal perspective. This researchusws field
research (file research).this research uses a juridical-empirical approach which
is supproted by field data through observatio, interviewsand documentatio.the
results of this research show that the cause of the difference in the price of
goodson the shelf and the cashier’s receipt is negligence on the part of consumers
whodidnotput back the goodsthey had not purchsed on the part of consumer who
did notput back the goods they had not purchased on the original
shelf,detrimental to both parties.if we look at islamic law,if a consumer compails
about the price difference then teh business actor give the consumer khiyar rights
then the status of the sale and purchase remains halal.however, when a
consumers hasmadea transtaction remains valid because it was completed by
deliberation between both parties because alltransactions must be based on the
will (ridho)of both parties,in other words they have followed the islamic buying
and selling principles.
