Skripsi ini berjudul “Profitabilitas Dan Mekanisme Usaha Jual
Beli Kakao Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Di Kecamatan
Poleang Tengah Kabupaten Bombana.” Dibimbing oleh Alfian
Toar, SP., MM dan Alwahidin, S.Si., M.Sc
Kakao merupakan komoditas penting yang menjadi sumber
penghasilan bagi petani di Kecamatan Poleang Tengah, Kabupaten
Bombana. Peluang itu yang kemudian dimanfaatkan oleh usaha UD.
Kakao Dewika dalam menjadikannya sebagai kegiatan bisnis. Namun,
bagaimana profitabilitas dan mekanisme usaha jual beli kakao
dipandang dari perspektif ekonomi Islam di daerah tersebut masih
memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
untuk mempelajari profitabilitas dan mekanisme usaha jual beli UD.
Kakao Dewika dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam di Kecamatan
Poleang Tengah, Kabupaten Bombana. Penelitian ini bersifat
deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa profitabilitas ROA (Return on Asset) usaha kakao Dewika
tergolong normal, hal tersebut dikarenakan rata-rata nilai profitabilitas
usaha UD. Kakao Dewika mendekati angka 1. Dari sudut pandang
ekonomi syariah, profitabilitas usaha Kakao Dewika juga
mengutamakan prinsip-prinsip etis, halal, dan keuntungan usaha
tersebut disisipkan untuk kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan sehingga
keuntungan yang didapatkan dari usaha kakao bisa memberikan
dampak positif pada masyarakat, seperti meningkatkan kesejahteraan
petani dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat sekitar.
Mekanisme usaha Kakao Dewika ini juga menerapkan sistem
pengelolahan kekeluargaan yang sesuai dengan ekonomi syariah.

karena mempengaruhi kesejahteraan petani dan dampak lingkungan
yang ditimbulkan. Maka dari itu, penting bagi para pelaku usaha
kakao di daerah tersebut untuk mengikuti prinsip-prinsip syariah dan
memperhatikan aspek moneter dan non-moneter agar usaha kakao
dapat memberikan manfaat secara ekonomi dan sosial dalam jangka
panjang.

Program. This undergraduate thesis is titled "Profitability and
Business Mechanisms of Cocoa Trading by UD. Dewika in the
Islamic Economic Perspective in the Poleang Tengah Sub-district,
Bombana Regency." Supervised by Alfian Toar, SP., MM and
Alwahidin, S.Si., M.Sc.
Cocoa is an important commodity that serves as a source of income
for farmers in the Poleang Tengah sub-district, Bombana Regency.
This opportunity is then utilized by UD. Kakao Dewika in turning it
into a business activity. However, the profitability and mechanism of
cocoa trade from the perspective of Islamic economics in the area still
require further research. The aim of this study is to examine the
profitability and business mechanisms of UD. Kakao Dewika in the
Islamic economic perspective in the Poleang Tengah sub-district,
Bombana Regency. This research is descriptive-qualitative in nature
and employs observation, interviews, and documentation as the
methods. The results of this study indicate that the profitability of UD.
Kakao Dewika's Return on Assets (ROA) is considered normal, as the
average profitability value of UD. Kakao Dewika's business
approaches the figure of 1. From the perspective of Sharia economics,
the profitability of UD. Kakao Dewika's business also upholds ethical
and halal principles, and the business profits are allocated for social
and religious activities. Therefore, the profits derived from cocoa
business can have a positive impact on society, such as improving the
welfare of farmers and enhancing the quality of life of the surrounding
community. The business mechanism of Kakao Dewika also
implements a familial management system that aligns with Sharia
economics. The profitability and business mechanisms of cocoa trade
in the Islamic economic perspective in the Poleang Tengah subdistrict

need to be taken into account as they affect the welfare of
farmers and the environmental impact. Hence, it is crucial for cocoa
industry players in the area to adhere to Sharia principles and consider
both monetary and non-monetary aspects to ensure that cocoa
business can provide long-term economic and social benefits.
