Dalam Meningkatkan Perdagangan Kopra Putih DiTinjau Dari UndangUndang

Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 (Studi Di Desa Batu Putih Kecamatan Poleang
Selatan Kabupaten Bombana) : La Ode Muhammad Iman Abadi Anantomo
Uke, SH.,MH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan peran Pemerintah Desa
terhadap Peningkatan Perdagangan Kopra Putih di Desa Batu Putih, Kecamatan
Poleang Selatan, Kabupaten Bombana. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut,
penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif.
Dengan sumber data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan teknik Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil
penelitian yang penulis dapatkan dari Masyarakat yang berdomisili di Desa Batu
Putih, Kecamatan Poleang Selatan, Kabupaten Bombana. Sebagian besar berprofesi
sebagai petani dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Adapun Strategi dan
Peran Pemerintah Desa Batu Putih, Kecamatan Poleang Selatan, Kabupaten
Bombana. Dalam hal pemberdayaan masyarakat secara umum sudah dapat
dilaksanakan, seperti pembangunan jalan usaha tani, sehingga masyarakat dapat
menjangkau wilayah pertanian mereka dengan mudah walaupun dengan jarak yang
cukup jauh. Namun demikian khususnya dalam usaha kopra putih yang ada di Desa
Batu Putih, Kecamatan Poleang Selatan, Kabupaten Bombana. Pemerintah Desa
sudah memiliki Strategi dan Peran atau upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan
usaha kopra putih, dalam bentuk penjemuran kopra putih di Desa Batu Putih
Kecamatan Poleang Selatan Kabupaten Bombana.

This study aims to determine the strategy and role of the Village Government
to Increase White Copra Trade in Batu Putih Village, South Poleang District,
Bombana Regency. To answer these problems, the author uses a descriptive
empirical legal research method. The data sources are primary and secondary. The
data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation
techniques. Based on the results of the research that the authors got from the people
who live in Batu Putih Village, South Poleang District, Bombana Regency. Most of
them work as farmers in fulfilling their daily needs. The Strategy and Role of the
Batu Putih Village Government, South Poleang District, Bombana Regency. In terms
of community empowerment in general, it can be implemented, such as road
construction farming, so that people can reach their agricultural areas easily even
though the distance is quite far. However, especially in the white copra business in
Batu Putih Village, South Poleang District, Bombana Regency. The Village
Government already has a Strategy and Role or efforts are being made to increase the
white copra business, in the form of drying white copra in Batu Putih Village,
Poleang Selatan District, Bombana Regency.
