Abstract

Sitti Selfia. NIM 2020010104135. Kreativitas Guru Kelas Dalam
Meningkatkan Literasi Membaca Peserta Didik Di Min 2 Konawe Selatan.
Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj. Imelda Wahyuni, S.S,. M.Pd.I, dan Karim, S.Pd.,
M.Hum.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di MIN 2 Konawe Selatan, bertujuan untuk: 1)
menganalisis bagaimana kemampuan literasi membaca peserta didik kelas 4B di
MIN 2 Konawe Selatan, 2) menganalisis bagaimana kreativitas guru dalam
meningkatkan literasi membaca peserta didik kelas 4B di MIN 2 Konawe Selatan.
Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan Lapangan.
Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelas 4 B di MIN 2 Konawe Selatan. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi.
Teknik analisis yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji
keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi, tekhnik, dan triangulasi
waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan literasi membaca
peserta didik Kelas 4 B di MIN 2 Konawe Selatan menunjukkan kemampuan
yang bervariasi. Mayoritas peserta didik telah lancar membaca teks secara harfiah,
namun masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam pemahaman isi
bacaan dan kemampuan menganalisis teks yang lebih mendalam. Beberapa
peserta didik masih kurang lancar, mengalami kesulitan dalam menangkap inti
cerita, memahami alur, atau menafsirkan makna tersirat; 2) Kreativitas guru dalam
meningkatkan literasi membaca peserta didik di MIN 2 Konawe Selatan terlihat
jelas dari berbagai strategi dan metode yang diterapkan. Peran guru sebagai
fasilitator dan motivator sangat sentral. Guru sebagai Fasilitator: Guru
menciptakan li ngkungan belajar yang mendukung, menggunakan berbagai media
seperti buku cerita bergambar, video edukasi, dan gambar-gambar, serta
memanfaatkan Pondok Baca dan Perpustakaan sebagai sarana pendukung
pembelajaran. Guru sebagai Motivator: Guru membangkitkan semangat, minat,
dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik melalui kata-kata motivasi, pujian, dan
apresiasi seperti pemberian stiker atau poin tambahan.

Islamic Religious Education Learning Outcomes of Students at SMPN 04

S.Pd., M.Hum.
This research was conducted at MIN 2 South Konawe, aimed to: 1) analyze
the reading literacy skills of class 4B students at MIN 2 South Konawe, 2) analyze
the creativity of teachers in improving the reading literacy of class 4B students at
MIN 2 South Konawe. This research is a type of qualitative research, with a field
approach. The subject of this research is Class 4B at MIN 2 South Konawe. Data
collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data
analysis techniques used three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation,
and conclusion drawing. Data validity test is triangulation of sources,
triangulation, techniques, and time triangulation. The results of this study show
that: 1) The reading literacy skills of Class 4 B students at MIN 2 Konawe Selatan
show varied abilities. The majority of students have fluently read the text literally,
but still need further development in understanding the content of the reading and
the ability to analyse the text more deeply. Some students are still less fluent,
having difficulty in capturing the essence of the story, understanding the plot, or
interpreting the implied meaning; 2) Teacher creativity in improving students'
reading literacy at MIN 2 Konawe Selatan is evident from the various strategies
and methods applied. The role of the teacher as a guide, facilitator and motivator
is very central. Teacher as a mentor: Teachers actively help students overcome
reading difficulties, guide personally, and utilise the Reading Corner and Library
for guidance. Teacher as Facilitator: The teacher creates a supportive learning
environment, uses various media such as picture storybooks, educational videos,
and pictures, and utilises the Reading Corner and Library as learning support
facilities. Teacher as Motivator: The teacher raises students' enthusiasm, interest,
and confidence through motivational words, praise, and appreciation such as
giving stickers or extra points.
