The agricultural sector, which is the livelihood of the majority of
people, in the agricultural sector is divided into farmers who own the
land and farmers who work on the land, between land owners and
farmers who work on the results of a profit sharing agreement called
the Muzara'ah agreement. The aim of the Muzara'ah agreement is to
improve the welfare of land-owning farmers and sharecroppers. In this
research, researchers used qualitative methods with descriptive
research type while the data sources were obtained from observations,
interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the technical analysis used
goes through the stage of selecting the main things and things that are
important in the field, so that the data presented can be understood in
the case currently being studied. The results of this research show that
the implementation of the Muzara'ah agreement among farmers in
Huko-Huko Village is verbal between land owners and sharecroppers
by discussing agricultural costs and profit sharing. The muzara'ah
contract has an impact on the welfare of farmers in Huko Village where
the results of the Muzara'ah contract become a source of income for
