Ela Nur Sholiha. NIM 2021050101005. “Pemberdayaan Ekonomi
Masyarakat Lokal Melalui Pengembangan Agra Wisata Desa
Laloika dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam”. Melalui pembimbing:
bapak Dr. Jalaluddin Rum, S.E., S.H., M.Si. dan bapak Jafarudin,
S.Pd. M. Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemberdayaan
ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan Agra Wisata di Desa
Laloika dan menganalisis implementasi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam
dalam pemberdayaan tersebut. latar belakang penelitian ini adalah
pentingnya mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan
dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal berbasis pariwisata. Metode yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan
pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
proses pemberdayaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan ABCD (Asset
Based Community Development) yang melibatkan masyarakat secara
langsung dalam pengembangan Agra Wisata, baik sebagai pekerja
maupun pelaku usaha mandiri. Implementasi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi
Islam tercermin dalam aspek keadilan upah, amanah dalam
pengelolaan, serta musyawarah dan pemberdayaan. Adapun faktor yang
mendukung pemberdayaan antara lain adalah potensi wisata yang
strategis, dukungan masyarakat lokal, dan kemitraan yang terjalin,
sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi pendapatan yang belum stabil,
serta tantangan cuaca dan perilaku pengunjung. Agra Wisata menjadi
model pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang potensial untuk
meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus mencerminkan nilainilai
ekonomi
Islam.

Community Economy Through Development of Agra Tourism in
Laloika Village in Islamic Economic Perspective”. Through the
supervisors: Mr. Dr. Jalaluddin Rum, S.E., S.H., M.Sc. and Mr.
Jafarudin, S.Pd. M.Pd.
This study aims to determine the process of community economic
empowerment through the development of Agra Tourism in Laloika
Village and analyze the implementation of Islamic economic principles
in this empowerment. The background of this study is the importance
of encouraging economic independence of rural communities by
utilizing local tourism-based potential. The method used in this study is
descriptive with a case study is descriptive qualitative with a case study
approach, data collection is done through observation, interviews, and
documentation. The result of the study indicate that the empowerment
process is carried out through the ABCD (Asset Based Community
Development) approach that directly involves the community in the
development of Agra Tourism, both as workers and independent
entrepreneurs. The implementation of Islamic economic principles is
reflected in aspects of wage justice, trust in management, and
deliberation and empowerment. Factors that support empowerment
include strategic tourism potential, local community support, and
established partnerships, while inhibiting factors include unstable
income, and challenges of weather and visitor behavior. Agra Tourism
is a potential local economic development model to improve
community welfare while reflecting Islamic economic values.
