Abstract

Agil Saputra, Nim : 2021050101064 “Analisis Pemetaan Potensi
Punggaluku Green Park Dalam Pengembangan UMKM”. Fakultas
Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari.

Ekonomi Syariah 2025.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi serta faktor-faktor
yang mempengaruhi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan
Menengah (UMKM) di kawasan Punggaluku Green Park, Konawe
Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data
dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 11 informan, observasi
lapangan selama satu bulan, serta dokumentasi dalam bentuk foto
lokasi, aktivitas UMKM, dan rekap wawancara. Skripsimenunjukkan
bahwa Punggaluku Green Park memiliki potensi strategis dalam
mendukung pengembangan UMKM, yang ditinjau dari aspek
aksesibilitas lokasi, jangkauan pasar, jumlah penduduk sebagai ambang
batas, perencanaan wilayah dan infrastruktur, Serta pengembangan
UMKM ekonomi islam. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
perkembangan UMKM di kawasan ini meliputi ketersediaan modal
usaha, keberadaan sektor usaha potensial, tingkat pendapatan
masyarakat, serta dukungan dari pemerintah setempat. Penelitian ini
menyimpulkan bahwa pemetaan potensi yang akurat dapat membantu
pemerintah dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang kebijakan
dan strategi yang tepat guna dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM di
kawasan ini.

This study aims to analyse the potential and factors influencing the
development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the
Punggaluku Green Park area, South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. The
research method used was field research with a qualitative approach.
Data were collected through interviews with 11 informants, field
observations for one month, and documentation in the form of location
photos, MSME activities, and interview recaps. The results showed that
Punggaluku Green Park has strategic potential in supporting the
development of MSMEs, which is viewed from the aspects of location
accessibility, market reach, population as a threshold, regional
planning and infrastructure, as well as the development of Islamic
economy MSMEs. The factors that influence the development of
MSMEs in this area include the availability of business capital, the
existence of potential business sectors, the level of community income,
and support from the local government. This research concludes that
accurate mapping of potential can help the government and
stakeholders in designing appropriate policies and strategies to
encourage the growth of MSMEs in the region.
