Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Teks Narasi Pada Siswa Kelas III SD
Negeri 7 Duruka Kbapaten Muna. Dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hj. Imelda Wahyuni,
S.S., M.Pd.I dan Karim S.Pd., M.Hum
Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan
keterampilan menulis teks narasi melalui penerapan media flash card pada siswa
kelas III SD Negeri 7 Duruka Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini adalah jenis
penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama 2 siklus pada peserta
didik kelas IIIA semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2025/2026 yang berjumlah 22 siswa
dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Uji keabsahan data
yaitu triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
penggunaan media flash card dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks
narasi siswa. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat pada setiap indikator keterampilan
menulis, yaitu: (1) isi gagasan yang dikemukakan siswa semakin jelas dan sesuai
tema, (2) organisasi isi cerita tersusun lebih runtut dan sistematis, (3) penggunaan
tata bahasa semakin baik dan sesuai kaidah, (4) pemilihan kata lebih bervariasi
dan tepat konteks, serta (5) ketepatan penggunaan ejaan dan tanda baca semakin
meningkat. Peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks narasi ini terjadi karena siswa
lebih antusias dalam mengamati dan mengembangkan ide cerita secara jelas dan
terstruktur melalui media flash card. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan
meningkatnya persentase siswa kelas III yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan
Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) 65 pada setiap siklus. Pada prasiklus siswa yang
mendapat nilai > 65 berjumlah 9 siswa atau 40,90% dari 22 siswa. Pada suklus I
menjadi 14 siswa atau 63,63% dari 22 siswa dan pada siklus II 86,36% atau 19
siswa dari 22 siswa kelas III SD Negeri 7 Duruka Kabupaten Muna. Peningkatan
juga terjadi pada kualitas aktivitas guru dan siswa. Pada siklus I kualitas aktivitas
guru menjadi 85% dan aktivitas siswa mencapai 68,75%. Pada siklus II kualitas
aktivitas guru meningkat menjadi 100% dan aktivitas siswa menjadi 96,25%.
Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media flash card berhasil
meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks narasi pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 7
Duruka Kabupaten Muna.

Improve Narrative Text Writing Skills in Grade III Students of SD Negeri 7

This classroom action research was conducted with the aim of improving
narrative text writing skills through the application of flash card media in grade III
students of SD Negeri 7 Duruka, Muna Regency. This research is a type of
classroom action research (CAR) which was carried out for 2 cycles on grade IIIA
students in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year totaling 22 students
with descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Data
validity tests were triangulation and member check. The results of the study
showed that the use of flash card media can improve students' narrative text
writing skills. This improvement was seen in each indicator of writing skills,
namely: (1) the content of the ideas expressed by students was clearer and more in
accordance with the theme, (2) the organization of the story content was arranged
more coherently and systematically, (3) the use of grammar was better and in
accordance with the rules, (4) the choice of words was more varied and
contextually appropriate, and (5) the accuracy of the use of spelling and
punctuation was increasing. This improvement in narrative text writing skills
occurred because students were more enthusiastic in observing and developing
story ideas clearly and structuredly through flash card media. This is evidenced by
the increasing percentage of third-grade students achieving the Learning Objective
Completion Criteria (KKTP) of 65 in each cycle. In the pre-cycle, 9 students, or
40.90% of 22 students, scored above 65. In the first cycle, this number increased
to 14 students, or 63.63% of 22 students, and in the second cycle, it increased to
86.36%, or 19 of 22 third-grade students at SD Negeri 7 Duruka, Muna Regency.
Improvements also occurred in the quality of teacher and student activities. In the
first cycle, the quality of teacher activities reached 85%, and student activities
reached 68,75%. In the second cycle, the quality of teacher activities increased to
100%, and student activities to 96.25%. The results of this study indicate that the
application of flashcards successfully improved narrative writing skills in thirdgrade students at
SD
Negeri 7
Duruka,
Muna
Regency.
