Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan antara kompetensi
pedagogik guru fikih dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik MAS Asy-Syafiiyah
Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini
adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI dan XII MAS Asy-Syafiiyah Kendari yang
terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026 berjumlah 40 peserta didik. Pengambilan
sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sensus dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan
sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument berbentuk
kuisioner (angket) dengan skala likert untuk memperoleh informasi tentang
kompetensi pedagogik guru fikih dan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Adapun Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru
fikih dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar
-0,283 berada dalam kategori “rendah” pada rentang -0,40 sampai dengan -0,20.
Dalam hal ini nilai Sig.>0,05 maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, sehingga dapat
disimpulkan bahwa “Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi
pedagogik guru fikih dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik MAS Asy-Syafiiyah
Kendari” dengan kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik guru fikih dengan motivasi
belajar peserta didik pada penelitian ini sebesar 8% sedangkan 92% ditentukan oleh
faktor lain.

This study aims to reveal the relationship between the pedagogical
competence of fiqh teachers and the learning motivation of students at MAS AsySyafiiyah
Kendari.
This
study
is
a
quantitative
study.
The
population
of
this
study

was
all
40
students
of
grades
XI
and
XII
of
MAS
Asy-Syafiiyah
Kendari
registered

in
the
2025/2026
academic
year.
Sampling
used
a
census
technique
where
the
entire

population
was
used
as
a
sample.
The
data
collection
technique
used
an
instrument

in
the
form
of
a
questionnaire
with
a
Likert
scale
to
obtain
information
about
the
pedagogical competence of fiqh teachers and student learning motivation. The data
analysis techniques used were descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. The
results of this study indicate that the relationship between the pedagogical
competence of fiqh teachers and student learning motivation obtained a correlation
coefficient value of -0.283 in the "low" category in the range of -0.40 to -0.20. In
this case, the Sig. value is >0.05, so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, so it can be
concluded that "There is no significant relationship between the pedagogical
competence of fiqh teachers and the learning motivation of students at MAS AsySyafiiyah

Kendari" with the contribution of the pedagogical competence of fiqh
teachers to the learning motivation of students in this study being 8% while 92% is
determined by other factors.
