Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran kredit
usaha rakyat (KUR) dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan
petani palawija di Desa Bekenggasu Indah Kecamatan Andoolo Barat.
Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana Peran Kredit
Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Dan
Pendapatan Petani Palawija di Desa Bekenggaasu Kecamatan Andoolo
Barat Kabupaten Konawe Selatan ? 2) Bagaimana Peran Kredit Usaha
Rakyat (KUR) Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Dan Pendapatan
Petani Palawija Di tinjau dari Perspektif Ekonomi Islam di Desa
Bekenggasu Kecamatan Andoolo Barat Kabupaten Konawe Selatan ?.
Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa: 1) KUR
berperan positif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan
petani palawija di Desa Bekenggasu Indah Kecamatan Andoolo Barat
yang cukup besar. Melalui bantuan modal yang diberikan, petani dapat
membeli bibit unggul, pupuk, peralatan pertanian serta perluasan lahan
yang lebih memadai, sehingga hasil produksi meningkat secara
maksimal dan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan petani
palawija. 2) KUR dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Di Desa
Bekenggasu Indah, Kecamatan Andoolo Barat dapat disimpulkan
bahwa meskipun KUR bunganya rendah dan dapat membantu dalam
permodalan tetapi KUR termasuk riba karena mengandung bunga,
sehingga belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah.
Pandangan ini didasarkan pada dalil Al-Qur’an dan hadis yang
melarang segala bentuk riba.

This study aims to analyze the role of people's business credit (KUR) in
increasing the productivity and income of palawija farmers in
Bekenggasu Indah Village, West Andoolo District. The formulation of
this research problem is: 1) What is the Role of People's Business
Credit (KUR) in Increasing the Productivity and Income of Palawija
Farmers in Bekenggaasu Village, West Andoolo District, South Konawe
Regency? 2) What is the Role of People's Business Credit (KUR) in
Increasing the Productivity and Income of Palawija Farmers Reviewed
from the Perspective of Islamic Economics in Bekenggasu Village,
West Andoolo District, South Konawe Regency?. This type of research
uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used
are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this
study show that: 1) KUR plays a positive role in increasing the
productivity and income of palawija farmers in Bekenggasu Indah
Village, West Andoolo District, which is quite large. Through the
capital assistance provided, farmers can buy superior seeds, fertilizers,
agricultural equipment and more adequate land expansion, so that
production yields increase optimally and have an impact on increasing
the income of palawija farmers. 2) KUR in the Perspective of Islamic
Economics In Bekenggasu Indah Village, West Andoolo District, it can
be concluded that although the interest rate is low and can help in
capital, the KUR is included in usury because it contains interest, so it
is not in accordance with the principles of sharia economics. This view
is based on the evidence of the Qur'an and hadith that prohibits all
forms of usury.
