Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Aktivitas Ekonomi di Desa Lalume Kec. Pakue
Kab. Kolaka Utara Tahun 2025” Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Negeri
Kendari Melalui Bimbingan 1 Muhammad Hadi dan Bimbingan 2 Adzil Arsyi
Sabana
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Pasar Tradisional Kosali
dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan aktivitas ekonomi pedagang serta upaya
pengembangannya di Desa Lalume, Kecamatan Pakue, Kabupaten Kolaka Utara
dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pasar kosali dalam ekonomi islam.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data
diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pedagang,
pembeli, serta masyarakat sekitar. Pasar tradisional masih menjadi pusat utama
aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan, termasuk di Desa Lalume, Kecamatan
Pakue, Kabupaten Kolaka Utara.
Hasil penelitian dilapangan ini menunjukkan bahwa peranan pasar
tradisional kosali dalam tingkat kesejahteraan aktivitas ekonomi pedagang sayur,
sembako dan pecah belah sudah dapat dikatakan sejahtera karena sudah mampu
memenuhi kebutuhan dasar keluarganya yaitu kebutuhan pangan, sandang,
perumahan, pendapatan, pendidikan dan kesehatan. Namun disisi lain, keberadaan
pasar masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan yang perlu dibenahi, seperti
peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, penataan zonasi, serta pelatihan kewirausahaan.
Dengan pengembangan yang tepat dan dukungan pemerintah desa maupun
masyarakat, pasar ini berpotensi menjadi pusat ekonomi produktif, berkelanjutan,
dan mampu meningkatkan taraf hidup warga Desa Lalume secara signifikan. Disisi
lain juga nilai-nilai peran pasar kosali dalam ekonomi islam sudah diterapkan yaitu
di antara ekonomi, sosial, moral dan spiritual.

Traders in Lalume Village, Pakue District, North Kolaka Regency in 2025”
Kendari State Islamic Faculty of Economics and Business Through the
Guidance of 1 Muhammad Hadi and the Guidance of 2 Adzil Arsyi Sabana
This study aims to determine the role of the Kosali Traditional Market in
improving the welfare economic activity of traders and its development efforts in
Lalume Village, Pakue District, North Kolaka Regency. This study uses a
qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was obtained through
interviews, observations, and documentation of traders, buyers, and the surrounding
community. Traditional markets are still the main center of economic activities of
rural communities, including in Lalume Village, Pakue District, North Kolaka
Regency.
The core results of this field research indicate that the role of the Kosali
traditional market in the level of welfare of the economic activities of vegetable,
basic food and crockery traders can be said to be prosperous because they are able
to meet the basic needs of their families, namely food, clothing, housing, income,
education and health. However, on the other hand, the existence of the market still
faces various obstacles that need to be addressed, such as improving facilities and
infrastructure, zoning arrangements, and entrepreneurship training. With proper
development and support from the village government and the community, this
market has the potential to become a productive, sustainable economic center and
can significantly improve the standard of living of the residents of Lalume Village.
