Abstract
ABSTRAK
Ayuni Wulandari, NIM: 2021010109016. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri
Terbimbing Berbantuan Media Mentimeter Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep dan
Minat Belajar Fisika Siswa di SMAN 08 Konawe Selatan
(Dibimbing oleh: Halmuniati, S.Pd, M.Pd dan La Isa, S.Si, M.Si)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Menganalisis pengaruh, penerapan, dan
efektivitas model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan media Mentimeter
terhadap pemahaman konsep dan minat belajar fisika siswa di SMAN 08 Konawe
Selatan; Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasiexperiment
dan desain non-equivalent control group; Populasi penelitian adalah
seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 08 Konawe Selatan tahun ajaran 2025/2026;
Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive
sampling, yaitu kelas XI.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI.2 sebagai kelas
kontrol; Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes pemahaman konsep berbentuk
pilihan ganda dan angket minat belajar dengan Skala Likert; Teknik analisis data
menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, yang mencakup uji-t sampel
independen dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat
perbedaan yang signifikan pada pemahaman konsep dan minat belajar antara kelas
eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah perlakuan; Rata-rata posttest pemahaman
konsep kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Begitu pula dengan ratarata
posttest
minat
belajar kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol;
dan Analisis N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman
konsep sebesar 0,68 dan minat belajar sebesar 0,52, keduanya masuk dalam
kategori "sedang" dengan tingkat efektivitas "cukup efektif". Disimpulkan bahwa
model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan media Mentimeter efektif dalam
meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan minat belajar fisika siswa.

Learning Model Assisted by Mentimeter Media on Students' Conceptual
Understanding and Interest in Learning Physics at SMAN 08 Konawe Selatan
(Supervised by: Halmuniati, S.Pd, M.Pd and La Isa, S.Si, M.Si)
This research aimed to: Analyze the effect, implementation, and effectiveness
of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by Mentimeter media on students'
conceptual understanding and interest in learning physics at SMAN 08 Konawe
Selatan; This study was quantitative research employing a quasi-experimental
method with a non-equivalent control group design; The research population
comprised all eleventh-grade science students at SMAN 08 Konawe Selatan during
the 2025/2026 academic year; The sample consisted of two classes selected through
random sampling: class XI.1 as the experimental group and class XI.2 as the control
group; Data collection instruments included a multiple-choice test for concept
understanding and a Likert scale questionnaire for learning interest; Data analysis
techniques involved descriptive and inferential statistics, including the independent
samples t-test and the N-Gain test. The results indicated: a significant difference in
both concept understanding and learning interest between the experimental and
control groups after the treatment; The average posttest score for concept
understanding in the experimental group was higher than in the control group.
Similarly, the average posttest score for learning interest in the experimental group
was higher than in the control group; and The N-Gain analysis for the experimental
group showed an increase of 0.68 for concept understanding and 0.52 for learning
interest, both falling into the "medium" category with a "quite effective" level of
effectiveness. It is concluded that the guided inquiry learning model assisted by
Mentimeter media is effective in enhancing students' physics concept understanding
and learning interest.
