Nama : Khairil Ismail, Nim : 2020020102022, Judul Skripsi :“Analisis Sistem
Pengupahan Buruh Tani Merica Perspektif Akad Ijarah (Studi Kasus Desa
Bangsala Kecamatan Porehu Kabupaten Kolaka Utara”, Pembimbing
pertama : Dr. Ahmad LC., M.HI., Pembimbing kedua : Ahmad Ridha,
M.Hum
Penelitian ini membahas terkait sistem Pengupahan buruh tani merica
perpektif akad ijarah di Desa Bangsala, Kecamatan Porehu, Kabupaten Kolaka
Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara. Sistem pengupahan buruh tani merica di Desa Bangsala
terdiri dari sistem pengupahan harian, pengupahan borongan, serta sistem
pengupahan pasca panen. Namun dalam penerapannya belum diketahui apakah
telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip bermuamalah yang sesuai dengan syariat serta
apakah praktik pengupahan yang berlaku sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat akad
ijarah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan serta menganalisis
sistem pengupahan buruh tani merica dari perspektif Akad Ijarah di Desa
Bangsala, Kecamatan Porehu, Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research)
dengan sifat deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi,
wawancara terstruktur, serta dokumentasi. Sumber data primer yang digunakan
bersumber dari responden, yaitu pemilik lahan dan buruh tani, serta data sekunder
dari dokumen-dokumen relevan. Hasil penelitain menunjukkan bahwa sistem
pengupahan buruh tani merica di Desa Bangsala, Kecamatan Porehu menunjukkan
bahwa terdapat beberapa sistem pengupahan yang baik untuk diterapkan oleh
pemilik lahan dan buruh tani merica karena sistem tersebut sudah memenuhi rukun
dan syarat ijarah serta rukun dan syarat ujrah, yaitu sistem pengupahan harian di
akhir kerja dan sistem pengupahan borongan di akhir kerja. Sedangan untuk sistem
pengupahan harian di awal kerja, sistem pengupahan borongan di awal kerja, serta
sistem pengupahan pasca panen meskipun syarat dan rukun ijarahnya telah
terpenuhi akan tetapi kurang baik untuk diterapkan karena terdapat permasalahan
pada pengambilan manfaat baik dari pemilik lahan maupun buruh tani merica

Perspective (Case Study of Bangsala Village, Porehu District, North Kolaka

Ridha, M.Hum
This study discusses the pepper farm laborer wage system from the
perspective of the ijarah contract in Bangsala Village, Porehu District, North
Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The pepper farm laborer wage system in
Bangsala Village consists of a daily wage system, a piecework wage system, and
a post-harvest wage system. However, in its implementation, it is not yet known
whether it is in accordance with the principles of muamalah in accordance with
sharia and whether the prevailing wage practices have fulfilled the pillars and
requirements of the ijarah contract. The purpose of this study is to describe and
analyze the pepper farm laborer wage system from the perspective of the Ijarah
Contract in Bangsala Village, Porehu District, North Kolaka Regency. The type
of research used is a field research method with a descriptive analytical nature.
Data collection techniques include observation, structured interviews, and
documentation. Primary data sources used come from respondents, namely land
owners and farm laborers, as well as secondary data from relevant documents. The
results of the study indicate that the wage system for pepper farm laborers in
Bangsala Village, Porehu District shows that there are several effective wage
systems to be implemented by land owners and pepper farm laborers because the
system has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of ijarah and the pillars and
conditions of ujrah, namely the daily wage system at the end of work and the
piecework wage system at the end of work. Meanwhile, for the daily wage system
at the beginning of work, the piecework wage system at the beginning of work,
and the post-harvest wage system, although the conditions and pillars of ijarah
have been fulfilled, they are less effective to be implemented because there are
problems in taking benefits from both land owners and pepper farm laborers.
