Perkembangan Ekspor Perikanan di Kota Kendari Tahun 2019-
2022 (Studi Kasus Perikanan Tangkap Pelabuhan Samudera)”
Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri
Kendari, melalui pembimbing I Alfian Toar, S.P., MM, dan
pembimbing II Abdul Wahid Mongkito, S.Si., M.EI.
Ekspor merupakan kegiatan mengeluarkan barang dari area pabeanan
Indonesia untuk diangkut ke luar negeri dengan menyertai prosedur
yang sah mengenai prosedur kepabeanan. Adapun penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Perkembangan Ekspor
Perikanan di Kota Kendari Tahun 2019-2022 dan bagaimana Faktor
yang Mempengaruhi Kegiatan Ekspor perikanan . Penelitian ini
menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan
data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian
ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian
data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini memberikan
gambaran perkembangan ekspor pada tiga tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan
hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan ekspor perikanan
di Kota Kendari mengalam fluktuaktif. Adapun ekspor perikanan
mengalami penurunan drastis mulai pada tahun 2019 mencapai angka
sebesar 232,29 (ton) dengan nilai produksi sebesar Rp. 12.682.761,00
dari angka ekspor tahun sebelumnya sebesar 992,94 (ton) dengan
selisih 760,65 (ton), kemudian disusul penurunan angka ekspor pada
tahun 2020 sebesar 72,90 (ton) dengan nilai produksi sebesar Rp.
3.980.340,00, lalu pada tahun 2021 kembali merosot hingga angka
11,96 (ton) dengan nilai produksi sebesar Rp. 652.743,00 dan
akhirnya mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2022 dengan mencapai
angka 848,28 (ton) dengan nilai produksi sebesar Rp. 41.671.696,00.
Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan ekspor diantaranya;
armada perikanan masih belum optimal, masih rendahnya standard
kualitas komoditas perikanan dan perubahan iklim

Export is an activity of removing goods from the Indonesian
customs area to be transported abroad by accompanying legal
procedures regarding customs procedures. This research aims to
find out how the development of fisheries exports in Kendari City
in 2019-2022 and what are the factors that influence fisheries
export activities. This research uses a type of qualitative research
using a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection
techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In
this study using data analysis techniques in the form of data
reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In this study
provides an overview of the development of exports in the last
three years. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the
development of fisheries exports in Kendari City has fluctuated
actively. Meanwhile, fisheries exports have decreased drastically
starting in 2019 reaching a figure of 232.29 (tons) with a
production value of Rp. 12,682,761.00 from the previous year's
export figure of 992.94 (tons) with a difference of 760.65 (tons),
then followed by a decline in the export figure in 2020 of 72.90
(tons) with a production value of Rp. 3,980,340.00, then in 2021 it
will decline again to 11.96 (tons) with a production value of Rp.
652,743.00 and finally increased in 2022 to reach 848.28 (tons)
with a production value of Rp. 41,671,696.00. The factors that
influence export activities include; fishing fleets are still not
optimal, fishery commodity quality standards are still low and
climate change
