Kecamatan Lalembuu Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dibimbing oleh

`Terbatasnya sumber daya dan tingginya tuntutan pemenuhan
kebutuhan, memaksa keluarga untuk mengerahkan semua sumber
dayanya demi mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan. Hal ini membuat
aktivitas ekonomi rumah tangga yang biasanya hanya dilakukan oleh
suami sebagai kepala keluarga, kini juga dilakukan oleh istri atau ibu
rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana
peran ganda yang dijalani oleh ibu rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan
ekonomi keluarganya di Desa Sumber Jaya, serta melihatnya dalam
perspektif ekonomi Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian
deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode field research dan pendekatan
fenomenologi, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa
observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan
bahwa peran ganda yang dijalani oleh beberapa informan diantaranya
yaitu meliputi perannya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di
dalam rumah (domestik) dan peran sebagai pekerja di luar rumah
(publik). Pendapatan yang dihasilkan oleh ibu rumah tangga adalah
untuk mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga, baik kebutuhan primer maupun
sekunder. Perempuan dalam bidang ekonomi cukup berperan dalam
meningkatkan perekonomian keluarganya, hal tersebut terbukti dari
peningkatan kelas sosial yang dialami oleh keluarga setelah istri
bekerja. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan ibu rumah tangga tidak serta merta
mengurangi tugas-tugas domestiknya. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh
informan untuk membantu meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dalam
perspektif ekonomi Islam boleh dilakukan karena tidak menentang
aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Mereka yang bekerja telah memenuhi
syarat-syarat yang ada.

Limited resources and high demand for fulfillment of needs,
forcing families to mobilize all their resources to earn additional
income. This makes household economic activities that are usually
carried out by the husband as the head of the family, now also carried
out by the wife or housewife. This study aims to explain how the dual
roles played by housewives in improving the economy of their families
in Sumber Jaya Village, and see it from an Islamic economic
perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research
using field research methods and phenomenological approaches. The
data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and
documentation. The results of the study showed that the multiple roles
played by some of the informants included their roles as housewives
working inside the house (domestic) and roles as workers outside the
home (public). The income generated by housewives is to meet family
needs, both primary and secondary needs. Women in the economic
field play quite a role in improving the economy of their families, this
is evident from the increase in social class experienced by families after
their wives work. The work done by housewives does not necessarily
reduce their domestic duties. The work done by the informants to help
improve the family economy in an Islamic economic perspective is
permissible because it does not contradict the rules that have been set.
Those who work have met the existing conditions.
