Abstract

ABSTRAK Sanmar Boa ,NIM 18050102013. “Analisiss penerapan sistem antrian pada bank syariah Indonesia cabang BSI silondae 2 kendari” Fakultas Ekonomi Islam, Institus Agama Islam Negri IAIN Kendari melalui pembimbing 1 Rusdin Muhalling dan pembimbing II Kiki Novita Sari
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena suda adanya model antrian yang ditetapkan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. BSI Silondae 2 Kendari yaitu multi chanel single phase dan disiplin pelayanan siapa yang datang lebih awal dia yang pertama dilayani atau biasa disebut first-in firs-out. Tapi tetap terjadinya antrian dan banyak nasabah yang mengeluh karna menunggu lama dan membuang-buang waktu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian membahas tentang analisis penerapan sistem antrian pada bank syariahindonesia kc. BSI Silondae 2 Kendari. Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui 1) Bagaimana model antrian yang tepat berdasarkan pelayanan nasabah pada bagian customer servis dan teller pada bank syariah indonesia KC. BSI Silondae 2 Kendari, 2) Bagaimana penerapan sistem antrian menurut prespektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahawa BSI Silondae 2 Kendari menggunakan model antrian Multi Channel Single Phase. ada satu pemberi pelayanan yang melayani nasabah dan pada banyak jalur pelayanan, dengan disiplin pelayanan first in first out. Dengan rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan pernasabah 30 menit. Bank Syariah Indonesi cabang abdulah silondae 2 kendari menerapkan model antrian yang sesuai dengan kaidah dalam al-Qur‟an dan juga kaidah fikih yang memberikan pelayanan bagi yang datang lebih awal dan bersabar bagi orang yang datang setelahya. Kata kunci: sistem antrian, pelayanan,nasabah, Ekonomi Islam.

The background of this research is because there is already a queuing model that has been set at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KC. BSI Silondae 2 Kendari is a multi-channel single phase and a first-in first-out service discipline. But there are still queues and many customers complain because the wait is long and it's a waste of time. This research is a study discussing the analysis of the application of the queuing system at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KC. BSI Silondae 2 Kendari. This study aims to find out 1) What is the right queuing model based on customer service at the customer service and teller departments at Indonesian Islamic banks KC. BSI Silondae 2 Kendari, 2) How is the application of the queuing system according to the perspective of Islamic economics. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of this study, it shows that BSI Silondae 2 Kendari uses the Multi Channel Single Phase queuing model. there is one service provider serving customers and on many service lines, with first in first out service discipline. With an average customer service waiting time of 30 minutes. Bank Syariah Indonesia, the abdullah silondae 2 Kendari branch, applies a queuing model that is in accordance with the rules in the Qur'an and also the rules of fiqh which provide services for those who arrive earlier and be patient for those who come later.
