Abstract

Pokok permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran Kelompok
Tani LM3 Al Irsyad dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya di
kecamatan Buke Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, apakah sudah optimal
atau belum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana
pemberdayaan pada Kelompok Tani LM3 Al Irsyad dan peningkatan
kesejahteraan anggotanya berdasarkan pandangan ekonomi syariah.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif,
sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.
Dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan
yang dilakukan pada Kelompok Tani LM3 Al Irsyad sebagi Kelas
Belajar, Wahana Kerjasama, dan Unit Produksi sudah sejalan dengan
fungsi kelompok tani menurut Permentan No 67 tahun 2016, meskipun
belum optimal karena ada beberapa kendala. Sedangkan untuk
peningkatan kesejahteraan anggotanya sudah bisa dikatakan sejahtera
karena telah sejalan dengan teori kesejahteraan yang dikemukakan oleh
Mahbub Ulhaq & Al Mawardi.

The main problem of this research is how the role of the LM3 Al Irsyad
Farmer Group in improving the welfare of its members in Buke sub
district, South Konawe Regency, whether it is optimal or not. This
study aims to find out how the empowerment of the LM3 Al Irsyad
Farmer Group and the improvement of the welfare of its members
based on the Islamic economic view. The type of research used is
qualitative descriptive research, the source of data used is primer data
and secondary data. With data collection methods in the form of
observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study
show that the empowerment carried out in the LM3 Al Irsyad Farmer
Group as a Learning Class, Cooperation Vehicle, and Production Unit
is in line with the function of the farmer group according to the
Permentan No 67 of 2016 although it is not optimal because there are
several obstacles. As for improving the welfare of its members, it can
be said to be prosperous because it is in line with welfare theory its
members can already be said to be prosperous because it is in line with
the welfare theory put forward by Mahbub Ulhaq &; Al Mawardi.
