Septi Regita Wahyuni, NIM 19010108042, “Pemanfaatan Tumbuhan Dalam
Pengobatan Tradisional Oleh Masyarakat Kecamatan Maginti Kabupaten
Muna Barat” dibimbing Oleh : Ibu Balda S.Si.,M.Si dan Ibu Hilda Ayu Melvi
Amalia, M.Sc
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi jenis tumbuhan yang
dimanfaatkan dalam pengobatan tradisioanal (2) mengidentifikasi organ apa saja
yang dimanfaatkan sabagai tumbuhan obat tradisional (3) mengeksplor cara
pengelolan tumbuhan yang digunakan sebagai obat tradisional (4) mengetahui
keberlanjutan budidaya dalam pemanfaatan tumbuhan obat tradisional oleh
masyarakat di Kecamatan Maginti Kabupaten Muna Barat. Metode yang digunakan
pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan
data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 18
famili tumbuhan dengan 25 spesies yang dimanfaat sebagai obat tradisional oleh
masyarakat di Kecamatan Maginti Kabupaten Muna Barat.Organ yang paling
banyak digunakan ditunjukkan pada penggunaan daun dengan jumlah persentase
40%, cara pengelolaan tanaman obat tradisional terdiri dari 6 (enam ) cara
pengolahan terbanyak yaitu dengan persentase 40% dengan cara penegelolaan
direbus dengan jumlah 10 spesies. Keberlanjutan budidaya tumbuhan obat
tradisional oleh masyarakat di Kecamatan Maginti Kabupaten Muna barat terdapat
2 perilaku diantaranya dibudidaya sebanyak 20 spesies dengan presentase
budidaya 80% dan non budidaya sebanyak sebanyak 5 spesies dengan presentase
non budidaya 20% tumbuhan .

ABSTRACT

Traditional Medicine by the People of Maginti District, West Muna Regency"
was guided by: Mrs. Balda S.Si., M.Si and Mrs. Hilda Ayu Melvi Amalia, M.Sc
This research aims to (1) identify the types of plants used in traditional medicine (2)
identify what plant organs are used as traditional medicinal plants (3) explore how to
manage plants used as traditional medicine in the community (4) determine the
sustainability of cultivation in its use. traditional medicinal plants by the community
in Maginti District, West Muna Regency. The method used in this research is a
descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques through observation,
interviews and documentation. The results of the research found 18 plant families
with 25 species which are used as traditional medicine by the people in Maginti
District, West Muna Regency. The most widely used organ is shown in the use of
leaves with a percentage of 40%. The method of managing traditional medicinal
plants consists of 6 (six) methods. The most processing is with a percentage of 40%
by boiling management with a total of 10 species. The sustainability of the cultivation
of traditional medicinal plants by the community in Maginti District, West Muna
Regency has 2 behaviors, including cultivating 20 species with a cultivation
percentage of 80% and non-cultivating 5 species with a non-cultivating percentage of
20% of the plants.
