Abstract

Yu Takwa Agung Bari. NIM.17020101011. Tradisi Haroa Perspektif Maslahah
Mursalah (Sutdi Kasus di Desa Lianosa Kecamatan Tongkuno Selatan Kabupaten
Muna). Dibimbing Oleh: Ahmad Ridha S.Pd.I., M.Hum dan Ahmadi, S.HI., MH
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan tradisi Haroa di
Desa Lianosa Kecamatan Tongkuno Selatan Kabupaaten Muna dan untuk mengetahui
tradisi Haroa perspektif Maslahah Mursalah di Desa Lianosa Kecamatan Tongkuno
Selatan Kabupaten Muna. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu field research
(penelitian lapangan) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun
sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan tradisi Haroa yang
dilaksanakan di Desa Lianosa Kecamatan Tongkuno Selatan Kabupaten Muna,
pelaksanaan tradisi Haroa dilakukan pada waktu-waktu tertentu seperti jatuhnya 1
Ramadhan (tembaha wula), acara pernikahan, pingitan, akikah, kematian, ketika
memasuki rumah baru dan hari-hari syukuran lainnya. Proses pelaksanaan tradisi
Haroa terdapat beberapa tahapan, sedangkan tradisi Haroa dalam pandangan
Maslahah Mursalah terdapat beberapa pelaksanaan tradisi Haroa yang masih sesuai
dengan prinsip Maslahah Mursalah dan ada proses pelaksanaan tradisi Haroa yang
sudah tidak sesuai dengan prinsip Maslahah Mursalah karena dalam penerapannya
tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariat Islam. Pelaksanaan tradisi Haroa jika tetap
dilaksanakan maka harus tetap memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip kebaikan yang
terkandung didalam tradisi Haroa tersebut dan menghilangkan kepercayaan�kepercayaan yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip maslahah mursalah seperti
kepercayaan mengenai asap Dupa.

Maslahah Mursalah (Case Study in Lianosa Village, South Tongkuno District, Muna

This study aims to determine the process of implementing the Haroa tradition
in Lianosa Village, South Tongkuno District Muna district and to find out the Haroa
tradition from the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah in Lianosa Village, South
Tongkuno District Muna district. The data collection methods used were observation,
interviews, and documentation with the research used being field research using
descriptive qualitative methods. The data sources used are primary data sources and
secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the process of carrying
out the Haroa tradition which is carried out in Lianosa Village in Tongkuno Selatan
District, Muna Regency, is usually carried out at certain times such as the fall of 1
Ramadhan (tembaha wula), weddings, seclusion, akikah, death, when entering new
house and other thanksgiving days. The process of implementing the Haroa tradition
consists of three stages, whereas in the case of the Haroa tradition, in the view of
Maslahah Mursalah, there are several implementations of the Haroa tradition which
are still in accordance with the principles of Maslahah Mursalah and there are
several implementations of the Haroa tradition which are no longer in accordance
with the principles of Maslahah Mursalah because the implementation is not in
accordance with the principles -principles of Islamic law. If the Haroa tradition is
carried out, it must pay attention to the good principles contained in the Haroa
tradition and eliminate beliefs that are inconsistent with the principles of maslahah
mursalah, such as beliefs about incense smoke and beliefs about surabi (white bow).
