Abstract

ABSTRAK
Nila Asriani, NIM.2020050101043.(2024). Program Studi Ekonomi
Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kendari. “Sustainable
Develompent Goals (SDGs) Desa Dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan
Masyarakat Perspektif Ekonomi Islam: Studi Kasus Desa Garanta,
Kecamatan Ujung Loe, Kabupaten Bulukumba”. Dibimbing oleh
Dr. Hj. Ummi Kalsum M.Ag dan Dra. Beti Mulu M.Pd.I.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan kebijakan
program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Desa dalam
pengentasan kemiskinan masyarakat Desa Garanta, Kecematan Ujung
Loe, Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan memperhatikan perspektif
ekonomi Islam. Jenis Penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dan
menggunakan metode field research dengan pendekatan studi kasus.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam
dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengelolaan dan analisis data dilakukan
dengan reduksi data, kategorisasi data, display data dan penarikan
kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan
Sustainable Development Goals sudah cukup baik. Terdapat Lima
program pengentasan kemiskinan yang dilaksanan oleh Desa Garanta,
akan tetapi belum optimal dalam mengurangi kemiskinan. Hal ini
disebabkan oleh fokus utama pemerintah Desa Garanta pada
pembangunan infrastruktur desa. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam
penerapan Sustainable Development Goals desa masih sebatas bentuk
jaminan sosial pemerintah untuk masyarakat dalam mendorong
terciptanya hubungan baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat
sedangkan nilai keadilan dan tanggung jawab kurang terlaksana dengan
baik.

the Perspective of Islamic Economics: Study of Garanta Village,
Ujung Loe District, Bulukumba Regency". Supervised by Dr. Hj.

This study aims to determine the application of the Village Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) program policy in alleviating poverty in
the Garanta Village community, Ujung Loe Subdistrict, Bulukumba
Regency with regard to Islamic economic perspectives. This type of
research is descriptive qualitative and uses a field research method with
a case study approach. Data collection was done through observation,
in-depth interviews and documentation. Data management and analysis
techniques were carried out by data reduction, data categorization, data
display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the
implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals was quite good.
There are five poverty alleviation programs implemented by Garanta
Village, but they have not been optimal in reducing poverty. This is due
to the main focus of the Garanta Village government on village
infrastructure development. In the perspective of Islamic economics,
the implementation of the village's Sustainable Development Goals is
still limited to a form of government social security for the community
in encouraging the creation of good relations between the government
and the community, while the values of justice and responsibility are
not well implemented.
