Abstract

ABSTRAK
MUJERIMIN, NIM: 16010109009. Perbandingan Penerapan Model
Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dan metode ceramah
terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Wawonii Tenggara.
(Dibimbing Oleh : La Ode Asmin S.Si, M. Sc).
Penelitian ini Merupakan Penelitian Eksperimen dengan desain Pre-Test dan Post
test Control Group Design dan melibatkan dua ariabel yaitu ariabel bebas dan
ariabelterikat, ariabel bebas yaitu model TPS dan metode ceramah dan ariabel
terikat yaitu hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 wawonii tenggara.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendiskripsikan hasil belajar fisika siswa yang
diajar dengen model kooperatif tipe TPS dan metode ceramah di SMA negeri 1
wawonii tenggara. (2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar fisika siswa sebelum
menggunakan model kooperatiftipe TPS dengan metode ceramah pada siswa
SMA negeri 1 wawonii tenggara. (3) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar fisiska
siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe
TPS dan metode ceramah pada siswa SMA negeri 1 wawonii tenggara. (4)
mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar fisika sesudah menggunakan model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipeTPS dan metode ceramah pada siswa SMA negeri 1
wawonii tenggara hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) hasil belajar kognitif siswa
yang diajar menggunakan model TPS dan metode ceramah mengalami
peningkatan hasil belajar yakni nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen sebelum
menggunakan model TPS yaitu 53,83 dan nilai sesudah menggunakan model TPS
yaitu 71,91, sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol sebelum menggunakan
metode ceramah yaitu 49,79 dan nilai setelah menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu
52,29. (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan
model TPS padakelas eksperimen dengan taraf signifikan 5% dengan thitung ˃ ttabel
(5,03 ˃ 2,0425); (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar setelah menggunakan model
TPS pada kelas eksperimen dan setelah menggunakan metode ceramah pada kelas
kontrol dibuktikan dengan thitung ˃ttabel(7,705933˃2,00488). Dengan demikian hasil
belajar kognitif siswa yang diajar dengan model TPS lebih baik atau lebih efektif
dari pada siswa yang diajar dengan metode ceramah pada mata pelajaran fisika di
SMA Negeri 1 wawonii tenggara.

Think Pair Share (TPS) Cooperative Learning Model and the lecture method
on student physics learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Wawonii Tenggara.
(Supervised by : La Ode Asmin S.Si, M.Sc).
This research is an experimental study with a pre-test and post-test control group
design and involves two variables, namely the independent variable and the
dependent variable, the independent variable is the TPS model and the lecture
method and the dependent variable is the physics learning outcomes of class X
students of SMA Negeri 1 wawonii. southeast. The aims of this study were (1) to
describe the learning outcomes of students who were taught physics using the TPS
type cooperative model and the lecture method at SMA Negeri 1 Wawonii
southeast. (2) knowing the differences in students' learning outcomes of physics
before using the TPS type cooperative model with the lecture method for students
of SMA Negeri 1 Wawonii southeast. (3) knowing the differences in student
physics learning outcomes before and after using the TPS type cooperative
learning model and the lecture method for students of SMA Negeri 1 Wawonii
southeast. (4) knowing the differences in physics learning outcomes after using
the TPS type cooperative learning model and the lecture method for students of
SMA Negeri 1 wawonii southeast, the results showed: (1) cognitive learning
outcomes of students who were taught using the TPS model and the lecture
method experienced an increase in learning outcomes, namely the average score.
The average value in the experimental class before using the TPS model is 53.83
and the score after using the TPS model is 71.91, while the average value in the
control class before using the lecture method is 49.79 and the score after using the
lecture method is 52.29 . (2) there are differences in learning outcomes before and
after using the TPS model in the experimental class with a significant level of 5%
with tcount ttable (5.03 2.0425); (3) there are differences in learning outcomes
after using the TPS model in the experimental class and after using the lecture
method in the control class as evidenced by tcount ttable (7.705933˃2.00488).
Thus, the cognitive learning outcomes of students who are taught using the TPS
model are better or more effective than students who are taught by the lecture
method on physics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 wawonii southeast.
