Abstract

ABSTRAK

Armita Muliani, NIM :2020050101083. Pengaruh Modal Usaha,
Lama Usaha, Tenaga Kerja, Jam Kerja, dan Lokasi Usaha Terhadap
Pendapatan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kawasan Tambang Morosi,
Kecamatan Morosi, Kabupaten Konawe. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis
Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari melalui pembimbing I
bapak Alfin Toar dan pembimbing II bapak Adzil Arsyi Sabana.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara parsial
pengaruh Modal Usaha, Lama Usaha, Tenaga Kerja, Jam Kerja, dan
Lokasi Usaha terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro di Kawasan Tambang
Morosi, Kecamatan Morosi, Kabupaten Konawe. Populasi dalam
peneltian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil sebanyak 730
pedagang, dan melalui perhitungan rumus slovin yang memenuhi
kriteria sebanyak 100 pedagang UMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah
data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer.
Teknik yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data adalah
menggunakan angket/koesioner melalui google form. Data dianalisis
dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 20.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Modal Usaha
(X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha
Mikro dan Kecil di Kawasan Tambang Morosi, Kecamatan Morosi,
Kabupaten Konawe. Variabel Lama Usaha (X2) berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kawasan
Tambang Morosi, Kecamatan Morosi, Kabupaten Konawe.Variabel
Tenaga Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Pendapatan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kawasan Tambang Morosi,
Kecamatan Morosi, Kabupaten Konawe. variabel jam kerja (X4)
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro
dan Kecil di Kawasan Tambang Morosi, Kecamatan Morosi,
Kabupaten Konawe. (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada
Pendapatan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil di Kawasan Tambang Morosi,

Kabupaten Konawe secara simultan dipengaruhi positif signifikan oleh
Modal Usaha, Lama Usaha, Tenaga Kerja, Jam Kerja, dan Lokasi
Usaha.

Capital, Length of Business, Labor, Working Hours, and Business
Location on the Income of Micro and Small Businesses in the Morosi
Mining Area, Morosi District, Konawe Regency. Faculty of Islamic
Economics and Business, Kendari State Islamic Institute through
supervisor I Mr. Alfin Toar and supervisor II Mr. Adzil Arsyi Sabana.
This study aims to partially describe the influence of Business
Capital, Length of Business, Labor, Working Hours, and Business
Location on Micro and Small Business Income in the Morosi Mining
Area, Morosi District, Konawe Regency. The population in this study is
730 Micro and Small Business actors, and those who meet the criteria
are 100 MSE traders. The method used in this study is purposive
sampling. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source
used is primary data. The technique used by researchers to collect data
is questionnaires. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS version 20.
The results of this study show that the variable Business
Capital (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Micro and Small
Business Income in the Morosi Mining Area, Morosi District, Konawe
Regency. The Old Business Variable (X2) has a positive and significant
effect on Micro and Small Business Income in the Morosi Mining Area,
Morosi District, Konawe Regency.The Labor Variable (X3) has a
positive and significant effect on the Income of Micro and Small
Enterprises in the Morosi Mining Area, Morosi District, Konawe
Regency. variable working hours (X4) have a positive and significant
effect on Micro and Small Business Income in the Morosi Mining Area,
Morosi District, Konawe Regency. (X5) has a positive and significant
effect on the Income of Micro and Small Enterprises in the Morosi
Mining Area, Morosi District, Konawe Regency. and Micro and Small
Business Income in the Morosi Mining Area, Morosi District, Konawe
Regency were simultaneously positively and significantly influenced
