Agama Islam (IAIN) Kendari, Pengaruh Pembiayaan Ijarah Terhadap
Profitabiltas BMT Amanah Cabang Kendari. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Wahyudin
Maguni SE, M.Si dan Nurjannah S. Kom M. Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel dependen dalam penelitian
ini adalah Pembiayaan Ijarah (x), terhadap variabel independen adalah
Profitabilitas Bmt Amanah (y).
penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan
SPSS versi 20, Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu tehnik sampel
jenuh. Alat ujian analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi
linear sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembiayaaan Ijarah berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap Profitabilias BMT Amanah Cabang Kendari. Hal ini dapat
dilihat dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,050.
Hasil dari penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan ijarah secara
langsung mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bmt. Hal ini
dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,680 < 0,050.

This study aims to examine the dependent variable in this study is Ijarah
Financing (x), the independent variable is Profitability Bmt Amanah (y).
This study uses quantitative research methods using SPSS version 20, the
sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. The data analysis test
tool in this study used simple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that Ijarah financing had a significant effect on the
profitability of BMT Amanah Kendari Branch. This can be seen from the
significant value of 0.000 < 0.050.
The results of the study also show that direct ijarah financing has a
significant effect on the profitability of BMT. This can be seen from the
significant value of 0.680 < 0.050.
